Alissa recently shared a photo of one of her meals, and it was green! Her drink of choice? Green juice. She paired the nutritious beverage with a big green taco salad. “took myself to lunch because i’m cute like that,” she captioned the post. In many of her Instagram snaps, you can find her sipping out of a coconut, a great electrolyte fueled beverage. Hydration is a key part of overall health. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Obviously Alissa spends a lot of time in the gym. She considers it an investment in her health.
