Hydrate

Alix prioritizes hydration. She keeps a plastic water bottle filled with H2O whenever she is exercising. And, as evidenced by her latest posts, she also replenishes electrolytes with coconut water. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Eat Healthy

Alix prioritizes healthy eating. She often dines at Pura Vida, a health-oriented restaurant chain in Florida. For breakfast she might eat boiled eggs with avocado toast. She also loves meat, bagels, pasta, tacos, and sushi. Her "go to meal everyday" is an egg omelet, avocado slices, and tomatoes.

Cheat

Alix is all about indulging on occasion. One of her favorite cheat foods is ice cream. She regularly indulges in a cone or cup, sharing the photos on her Instagram Stories.

Eat Fruits and Veggies

Alix makes sure to include a lot of fresh produce in her diet."Farmer's Market Wednesday," is a regular part of her week, when she stocks up on healthy fruits and veggies and eats acai bowls loaded with antioxidants.

Ride a Bike

Alix is a fan of cycling. Since she lives in Miami she often gets around with a bike. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
