Amanda starts by warming up on the treadmill, "walking, jogging, and running," she says. "It honestly gets my body moving, warmed up and gets me ready for the workout. In this video she focused on legs, booty, and "a little bit" of abs. Her exercises included squats with exercise bands to help maintain bur (25 to 30 with five repetitions and a 30 second break in between), 15 leg lifts per side (three reps), a 30 second plank, sled pushes, squat jumps (five reps of 25), lunges with kettlebells weights and other exercises on machines.
