1. She Balances Her Diet

Holden tells Hello! Magazine that her grandmother was very influential on her current diet. "My grandmother would say, 'a little bit of everything does you good',” she says. Holden says that she eats a balanced diet, and indulges herself once in a while. “Enjoy the taste of a nice full Brie and a fatty old salty butter with massive lumps of sea salt in it. But just don't have it on everything every meal, put a bit on your jacket potato and then that's it for the day. So it's just enjoying those little treats."

2. She’s A Vegetarian

Healthy,Homemade,Mason,Jar,Salad,With,Quinoa,And,Vegetables,-Shutterstock

Holden has been a vegetarian since she was 13, and she has even posed nude for PETA. Holden says to PETA that being a vegetarian has a lot of benefits. “My skin’s always good. I never feel bloated. There are so many benefits.” Holden says that she finds being vegetarian easy. “To anybody that thinks being a vegetarian is tricky – it’s rubbish! There are so many products you can buy – meat substitute products if that’s what you want. Vegetables, lentils, pulses – there are a million things that you can cook and use to substitute for meat.”

3. She Goes To A Fitness Camp

Before live shows for Britain’s Got Talent start, Holden likes to get in shape. And she has a unique way of doing so. “I go to a fitness camp in Portugal before the live shows,” she tells DailyMail. “So for me it’s lots of avocado, chickpeas, and quinoa salads as well as hikes and boxing. It’s really good for your mindset, rather like unplugging your computer and plugging it back in.”

4. She Does Yoga

London Celebrity Sightings - July 9, 2021HGL/GC Images

Holden tells the DailyMail that yoga is one of her go-to workouts. However, she says she does yoga to focus on different things, rather than losing weight. “I practise a form of yoga, which is more to do with breath control and strength than getting sweaty,” she says.

5. She Enjoys Life

Amanda-Holden-1Amanda Holden/Instagram

Amanda is a vegetarian. “For me, it’s lots of avocado, chickpeas, and quinoa salads. I’ve been a vegetarian since I was 15, but I do eat fish. The children are vegetarian, too, and Chris eats meat, so I often make three different meals,” she told The Daily Mail.

2. She Does Yoga

Amanda-Holden-2Amanda Holden/Instagram

Amanda maintains that yoga benefits her both mentally and physically. “I practise a form of yoga, which is more to do with breath control and strength than getting sweaty,” she explains. "Kundalini yoga is all about breath work, so I took it on to build my strength. A lot of people advised me to do it for calmness, too,” she added to The Sun.

3. She Hydrates

London Celebrity Sightings - January 24, 2022Neil Mockford/GC Images

Amanda keeps her body fueled with liquids. “‘I drink loads of water — a lot of coconut water,” she told The Daily Mail. "About 50-75% of your weight is water! Getting enough fluid in your diet is important for everything in your body to work well and be healthy, including your heart, digestion, brain, muscles and skin. Fluids deliver nutrients to your cells, maintain a balance of nutrients, and remove wastes from your body. Good hydration supports normal energy levels, decreases risk of kidney stones, prevents constipation, and is associated with a reduction in urinary tract infections, high blood pressure, fatal heart disease and stroke," says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. She Lives by Moderation

Everything in moderation is the mantra Amanda lives by. “You have to enjoy life. I eat everything. Drink everything. I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don’t diet,” she told The Daily Mail.

5. These Are Her Sweat Methods

Amanda told the Daily Mail that running, hiking and boxing are her go-to forms of exercise. However, she also goes on fitness retreats. “I go to a fitness camp in Portugal before the live shows,” she told them. One place you won’t find her? "I like to keep active. But I can't stand gyms. I like to run for an hour a week, as I feel great afterwards. It's also time to myself, which is worth its weight in gold,” she told The Sun.

1. She Likes Cold Water Therapy

Amanda takes cold plunges. Consider a cold shower, too. “Taking cold showers may help you dodge catching the latest… well, cold. Researchers have found that taking icy showers may heighten your immune system and make you more resistant to illness,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “A clinical trial in the Netherlands found that cold showers led to a 29% reduction in people calling off sick from work. Another study even connected cold showers to improved cancer survival.”

2. She Does Not Diet

"You have to enjoy life," she told Mail Online once. "I eat everything. Drink everything. I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don't diet."

3. She Runs

Britain's Got Talent Auditions - ArrivalsEamonn M. McCormack/Getty Images

"I like to keep active," she has said. "But I can't stand gyms. I like to run for an hour a week, as I feel great afterwards. It's also time to myself, which is worth its weight in gold." “When it comes to the idea that running is good for the heart, six miles a week may be the magic goal number. In a review study published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings, experts found running about six miles a week — or 52 minutes — may add from three to six years to your life,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The great news is that you don’t have to run a marathon to benefit from exercise. Just getting out there and moving more helps. Exercise benefits many things including your cardiovascular system, and it cuts the risk of some cancers,” Dr. Edward Laskowski, Sports Medicine Physician within the Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center, says.

4. She Worked Up a Sweat During Lockdown

"As a family we've not let this lockdown stop us from exercising," she said on Instagram. "It's actually become an essential hour of our daily lives. Whether it's a home workout, a bike ride, a run or even a walk around the park – working up a sweat is good for your mind, body and soul."

5. She Drinks Coconut Water

“I drink loads of water – a lot of coconut water – but I think my skin is genetic because my nan looks amazing at 97,” she once said. “For an active person who engages in high heart rate activity daily, coconut water can be a great way to replace fluid and electrolytes lost through sweat and carbohydrates that were burned as an energy source. When compared to a traditional sports drink, coconut water is made with far fewer processed ingredients while providing much of the same benefit, which is a plus. However, any calorie-containing electrolyte drink—natural or not—is most beneficial during and after exercise and should not be a main fluid source elsewhere throughout the day,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That!.

1. She Switches Up Her Skincare

Holden has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Express that her biggest skincare secret is changing things up. “I think with my skincare regime I try and change it every six months,” she says. So I'm using Barbara Stern at the moment, because she's just incredible. But I often change that to LMS or SkinCeuticals - it's sort of every three to six months I'll change because your skin does get used to products and I think all of those products need to change up every now and then.”

2. She Runs

Holden admits to Express that she isn’t always a fan of working out. However, she says that she likes to run to stay in shape. “I go running,” she says. “I've recently got a personal trainer in because I just think maybe I can tone up a bit to the summer. It's not something I like doing. I'm not a fan of the gym.But I'm doing it because I think it's important. I think I'll just do it before the summer that it'll all go to pot while I'm in Greece drinking rose eating spanakopita!”

3. She Believes In Balance

Holden opened up about her diet in an interview with the DailyMail. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. However, she also says that she eats a balanced diet, and doesn’t like to cut things out. “Life is too short to be strict,” she says. I don’t believe in half-fat anything. I have full-fat yoghurt, butter and cheese. And I splurge on the weekends.”

4. She Juices Once A Week

While Holden doesn’t believe in cutting things out of her diet, she also makes sure to eat healthy. She tells the DailyMail that she has one day a week where she really eats healthy. “Once a week, I stick to juicing all day,” she says. “Then I have a healthy meal in the evening. 5. She Loves Yoga

Holden tells the DailyMail that she loves yoga. She says that after her daughter was born, she started doing Kundalini yoga to help her recover. “I got into yoga,” she says. “After Hollie was born, I’d been on a ventilator and I had a lot of lung problems. Kundalini yoga is all about breath work, so I took it on to build my strength. A lot of people advised me to do it for calmness, too. I don’t really sit still, I’m always on the go.”

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones

  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
