Over the Easter holiday this weekend, Holden celebrated with her family by the pool and waterslides. 1. She Takes Collagen Supplements
Holden has an early start to her day, as she’s a presenter on a morning show. However, she revealed on her Instagram stories that she takes collagen supplements to keep herself awake throughout her day. “Everybody always says to me, 'Gosh, getting up for Heart Breakfast you must be absolutely tired, you must be whacked.' The thing that keeps me awake and it's part of my routine every single morning is my Revive Collagen."
2. She Doesn’t Diet

Holden is pretty healthy, but she doesn’t like to go on strict diets. She tells the DailyMail, "I eat everything. Drink everything. I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don't diet."
3. She Loves Fitness Camps

Before the live shows of Britain’s Got Talent start, Holden likes to do something special to help her look her best on TV. “I go to a fitness camp in Portugal before the live shows,” she told the DailyMail. “It’s really good for your mindset, rather like unplugging your computer and plugging it back in.”
4. She Eats A Sugar Free Breakfast

Holden broke down her daily diet in an interview with Goodto.com. She says that she eats pretty healthy each day. She also says that she likes to start her day off without sugar. “I like to have something wholesome for breakfast. I start the day with a bowl of sugar-free Alpen.”
5. She Juices Once A Week

Holden tells Goodto.com that she loves to make juices at home. She says that she does this once a week, and usually later in the day, as this gives her the best results. “Once a week, I stick to juicing all day, then have a healthy meal in the evening. I like cucumber, spinach, apples and lime. I always notice a difference in my skin.”
