1. She Learned To Cheerlead
Davies starred in the UK tour of Bring It On, which is a musical inspired by the popular film series. In order to perform in the show, Davies had to learn to do cheerleading moves, and some of them are pretty serious. Davies posted this video on Instagram letting people know about the show.
2. She Does Dance-Based Workouts

Davies is a fan of working out, and she even has her own workout and wellness site, StrongNotSkinny.com. She talked about the program in an interview with FEMAIL, saying, “I’ve always loved to dance and combining fun routines with weight training and shorter but more intense workouts feels like the perfect mix.”
3. She Works Out To Feel Better

In 2017, Davies went through a very public breakup. In order to cope, she says that she turned to exercise to feel better. She told FEMAIL, "After having a break up I'm going through all the normal things - I get upset, anxious, angry and I get nervous - All the things that any normal girl would go through. I thought the best way to get my mind off things and concentrate on myself is to start working out and I couldn't believe how unfit I was. And then we came up with the idea of helping other girls going through break ups or wanting to get fit or lose weight - something that's not too hard."
4. She Believes In Moderation

Davies opened up about her approach to wellness to FEMAIL. She says that when it comes to her diet, she tries to eat healthy, but she also believes in balance and moderation. “I'm not saying don't have a Chinese takeaway on a Saturday night, because everything in moderation is absolutely fine,” she said.
5. She No Longer Drinks

Davies revealed to FEMAIL that she no longer drinks alcohol, and that it has made a posite impact on her life. “Cutting out alcohol has probably been one of the best things I’ve done for my mindset. Firstly you feel” bad “the next day. I wouldn’t dream of going to the gym when I'm hungover. Two, it’s a little bit of a depressant and I relied on it to get my mind off things.”
