She Combines Breakfast and Lunch

Turner is a fan of brunch, and not just as a special occasion. She revealed on her Instagram stories that she likes to make meals that combine aspects from both. Turner also shared a go-to recipe of hers. "I used 180g of chicken and a large pepper. My plate was a big dinner plate which makes it look small. But I can assure you it's not! When I said breakfast and lunch all in 1, I never meant to eat less/ skip a meal! I meant it literally."

She Works Out At Home

Turner lost a lot of weight last year, and revealed on her Instagram stories that she did so by working out at home. She wrote, "I've felt so self conscious and really didn't want to post my before pics because I was very unhappy with my body, but wanted to show you guys the power of my plan! It's bloody amazing, I did it in my own home, no gym, no PT – Just a set of 4KG adjustable dumbbells! I've lost 1 stone 5 pounds!"

She Works Out Her Core

Turner likes to share videos of her workouts on her Instagram stories. She revealed that she likes to do a lot of ab and core exercises. In this set of videos, Turner is seen doing two sets of Russian twists, one with a weight and one without, reverse crunches, and oblique curls.

She Strength Trains

Turner is also a fan of doing weight and strength training exercises. In the same set of videos from her Instagram stories, Turner is seen using different weights and equipment to workout. She is seen pushing a cart, using battle ropes, doing deadlifts with a barbell, and doing arm swings with hand weights.

She Loves Cardio

When Turner goes to the gym, she makes sure to use all the machines there. Turner is a big fan of doing cardio exercises to help her stay in shape. In her set of Instagram stories, Turner is seen using the stair climber, the elliptical, and the treadmill. "No matter how you choose to move, being active helps increase circulation, which leads to clearer, healthier skin. Other health benefits can go much deeper than just your skin, too," says the Mayo Clinic. "When you work your muscles, it increases oxygen supply, therefore allowing muscles to work harder. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier."
