The TOWIE star flaunts her famous figure in a tiny, black bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, eliciting a serious response from her followers. “Wow,” commented one. “You look amazing,” added another. 1. Drink Coffee

Amber loves starting the day with a jolt. “Skinny vanilla latte with almond milk please,” she captioned a recent post. A 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

2. Exercise

Amber sweats her way to a hot body. One of her favorite workouts? Weight lifting. “Feeling fresh,” she captioned this mirror selfie from the gym. How often should you get your body moving? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

3. Eat Healthy

Amber maintains a healthy diet, fueling herself with lots of protein. She loves veggies smoothies (spinach, celery, apple, nonfat Greek yogurt, water, and vanilla whey protein is her recipe), smoothie bowls, and juices, she revealed on her Active with Amber Instagram account. Most of her lunches and dinners consist of a protein and lots of veggies. When she does eat carbs, she focuses on whole grains instead of those made with white flour.

4. Relax with a Soak

Amber loves soaking in hot water, whether a bath or hot tub. Baths have been linked to better sleep and even been found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. Take a Walk

Amber has a reason to take daily walks – she has a dog. “Little wholesome trip to Scotland with my boys so Oliver could go on lots of fun walks + explore! Swipe for a before & after,” she captioned a post of herself walking with her pooch while on a vacation. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
