Amy Childs is showing off her figure in a swimsuit! The TOWIE star shared a mirror selfie on social media this week, confessing that she has been struggling with self-love. “I was very much debating putting this video up yesterday but you know what I did it… having lost my confidence a few months back, always putting myself down, not feeling body confident, but you know what I’m feeling pretty “ok” with my body. I then realise I have 2 children, my body will never be the same again but who bloody cares, I’m real, I’m by far perfect.. but here’s to all the beautiful mums out there that are feeling like this. We are amazing,” she captioned the snaps. How does the star prioritize her health? 1. She Does a Workout Called “MumFit”

After having a baby, Amy did a mom-specific workout. "I had a PT for six months and she used to give me little workouts and we did a thing together called MumFit. It’s targeted at mums who want to lose weight and get their body back and having two kids I know what it does to your body,” she told Sun's TV Mag. “Being a full-time mum trying to go to the gym is so hard so I like to do workouts at home, and with MumFit you can actually do the workouts in your own home. So even with the kids running around you can get a workout in.” She maintains that through healthy eating and the program, she lost almost 30 pounds in six months, without going to the gym. "So that was me at home, doing burpees, everything. It was a HIIT workout for 20 minutes, but it was the best thing that I ever did because it got me back in my size 10 jeans in 6 months. But when I do go to the gym, I just do a few of the workouts that I did at home then I still workout a couple of times a week at home."

2. She Hits the Gym Three Times a Week

When she does rely on the gym to get into shape, she goes regularly. “‘Hi guys so today is the day 1 of getting back into shape, I’ve got to be honest the second time round I found it very hard, obviously having two kids to get fit. ‘But I have been introduced to one of the best trainers out there Rob, so basically I need to get really fit,” she revealed in an Instagram story. Her trainer added that their workouts involve weights and cardio and also a nutritional overhaul.

3. This Is What She Eats

Amy maintains a mostly healthy diet. “I’m healthy during the week, but at weekends I’ll have takeaways. In the morning, I’ll have two poached eggs with avocado. Lunch is a goat’s cheese salad or jacket potato with cheese,” she told Closer. “n the evening, I make family dishes – spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne, or chicken with veg. I’ll freeze leftovers. I snack on apples, but if I’m hungry, I love Wotsits.”

4. She Restricts Calories

When she wants to lose weight, Amy restricts her calories. “I have a long way to go but I’m sticking at it. My calories everyday will be 1,200,” she revealed in an Instagram Story. “I will be putting pictures up every week of my transformation. I’m feeling so proud of myself.”

5. She Cuts Alcohol

Amy loves drinking. However, when she wants to slim down, booze is one of the first things she eliminates from her diet. “No alcohol. I usually drink every night!” she added in her Instagram Story.

Jamie Otis, the influencer, author, podcaster, and reality star, is looking forward to the warmer weather. Otis celebrated Memorial Day Weekend, and posted a stunning new reel on Instagram. In it, Otis walked in a desert canyon. She wore a black bathing suit, showing off her body. She captioned the reel, “This weekend marks the beginning of summer.☀️ We all have body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and rolls…Wear the suit and go enjoy yourself.👙😎🏝.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jamie Otis stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Embraces Her Body

Otis is proud of her body, and she wants people to know it. She talks about self-love and body positivity on a lot of her Instagram posts, including her most recent Memorial Day reel. “We all have body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and rolls,” Otis wrote. “Wear the suit and go enjoy yourself.”

2. She No Longer Takes “Before & After” Photos

One thing Otis is doing to help herself stay confident is not taking “before and after” photos for social media, especially after having her two kids. She revealed her explanations for doing this in this reel. “I'm never taking a degrading "before" pic again. It's just not for me anymore. After having my first rainbow baby, my goal was to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes asap. It was never about health. It's taken me decades to learn that I'm more than my pant size & the number on the scale doesn't define me. Halle-freakin-lujah.

3. She Went On A Cleanse

Otis revealed in this reel that she was about to make a lot of changes to her diet and lifestyle. “Today I am cutting out gluten, dairy, alcohol, and extra sugars bc my skin has been so red and dry,” she explained. “It's like my body has been screaming at me to take better care of it. I've got that eczema on my eyelids, dandruff and itchy scalp, and just ya know, no energy & always feeling physically & mentally drained.”

4. She Worked Out While She Was Pregnant

2019 A+E Networks UpfrontDia Dipasupil/Getty Images

Otis made sure to get workouts in while she was pregnant. On her website, she explained her reason for doing so. “I am committed to staying strong and healthy for me and my rainbow baby. I know that the first half of my pregnancy was a struggle, but I’m getting back on track (and writing this blog/putting it out into the world is my way of holding myself accountable)!”

5. She Opened Up About Her Struggles

In 2019, a controversial “Heartbeat Bill” was passed in some states, which would limit access to abortions, with Alabama banning them completely. When this happened, Otis wrote a guest piece for People about her own abortion, wanting to let others know they weren’t alone, and to reduce the stigma. “I know I’m going to get backlash for opening up about my past. Like I said, my abortions still torment me and I hate that I had to have them. However, am I thankful? Of course. I wouldn’t be able to be a good mother to my daughter right now or have been able to be a good parent to my siblings back then. The cycle continues because there’s not enough education about sex and birth control, and not enough support. There’s not enough constructive discussion about abortion. It sucks. It really sucks. But the truth of the matter is it is a necessary option.”

Amy Hart, the influencer and former Love Island star, is spending time at the well-known Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun. Naturally, she’s making sure to spend time at the beach, and post stunning photos. She posted a set of of herself in a strapless pink swimsuit with cutouts. She captioned it, “So obviously as an apparent influencer I have to take pictures and post them, easy yeah? Not for me. I hate all pictures of myself and then I get upset and then Sam gets upset coz I’m upset and it’s just one big circle. Today he had an idea to get up early, bring a few swimsuits down to the beach, shoot all of them and then be able to relax and not worry. Now obviously Sam used to be a model (ALDI hot cross bun man 2016 don’t you know) so he had gone full out creative director. Went on a location scout around yesterday, researched the geo tags on insta, found some poses on Google and then coached me through it all (whilst being my main hype man) and I don’t actually hate these pics!” How does she stay so fit? When Hart competed on Love Island in 2019, she made the choice to walk away from the show. She tells Glamour that she made this decision after realizing it would be healthier to leave. “It was 100% the best decision for me to leave when I did. I’m not interested in knowing what was said about me. I’ve now got so much positivity. I read it, I laugh, I block it.’

4. She Wouldn't Want to be Anyone Else

When Hart was on Love Island, she was there with several other beautiful women, and it could have been intimidating for her. However, she says that she is comfortable with herself and in her body, and she wasn’t insecure. “I did feel quite self conscious in there at times,” she admitted to Glamour. “Everyone in the villa is so beautiful but personally I’m happy that I’ve got a bum, boobs and that I’m a bit curvy. I wouldn’t swap it for anyone else.”

5. She Stays Healthy On Vacation

It can be difficult to stay healthy when you take a vacation, especially if you’re going alone. However, Hart revealed that she was able to keep a wellness routine on a solo trip she took. “Went on holiday on my own for the first time Had to overcome my social anxiety in order to make all my lovely juicy friends. did my first spinning classes and loved them. Did @bellicon_uk rebounding everyday and loved it! hauled myself out of bed everyday for a hike between 5-11km sometimes in a 5kg vest Jumped in a river. Has a reset ready to come home and start a new chapter! All in all a successful week!!”

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
