Amy Childs is showing off her figure in a swimsuit! The TOWIE star shared a mirror selfie on social media this week, confessing that she has been struggling with self-love. "I was very much debating putting this video up yesterday but you know what I did it… having lost my confidence a few months back, always putting myself down, not feeling body confident, but you know what I'm feeling pretty "ok" with my body. I then realise I have 2 children, my body will never be the same again but who bloody cares, I'm real, I'm by far perfect.. but here's to all the beautiful mums out there that are feeling like this. She Does a Workout Called "MumFit"

After having a baby, Amy did a mom-specific workout. "I had a PT for six months and she used to give me little workouts and we did a thing together called MumFit. It's targeted at mums who want to lose weight and get their body back and having two kids I know what it does to your body," she told Sun's TV Mag. "Being a full-time mum trying to go to the gym is so hard so I like to do workouts at home, and with MumFit you can actually do the workouts in your own home. So even with the kids running around you can get a workout in." She maintains that through healthy eating and the program, she lost almost 30 pounds in six months, without going to the gym. "So that was me at home, doing burpees, everything. It was a HIIT workout for 20 minutes, but it was the best thing that I ever did because it got me back in my size 10 jeans in 6 months. But when I do go to the gym, I just do a few of the workouts that I did at home then I still workout a couple of times a week at home."

She Hits the Gym Three Times a Week

When she does rely on the gym to get into shape, she goes regularly. "'Hi guys so today is the day 1 of getting back into shape, I've got to be honest the second time round I found it very hard, obviously having two kids to get fit. 'But I have been introduced to one of the best trainers out there Rob, so basically I need to get really fit," she revealed in an Instagram story. Her trainer added that their workouts involve weights and cardio and also a nutritional overhaul.

This Is What She Eats

Amy maintains a mostly healthy diet. "I'm healthy during the week, but at weekends I'll have takeaways. In the morning, I'll have two poached eggs with avocado. Lunch is a goat's cheese salad or jacket potato with cheese," she told Closer. "n the evening, I make family dishes – spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne, or chicken with veg. I'll freeze leftovers. I snack on apples, but if I'm hungry, I love Wotsits."

She Restricts Calories

When she wants to lose weight, Amy restricts her calories. "I have a long way to go but I'm sticking at it. My calories everyday will be 1,200," she revealed in an Instagram Story. "I will be putting pictures up every week of my transformation. I'm feeling so proud of myself."

She Cuts Alcohol

Amy loves drinking. However, when she wants to slim down, booze is one of the first things she eliminates from her diet. "No alcohol. I usually drink every night!" she added in her Instagram Story.
