Amy Hart, the influencer and Love Island star, posts a lot of stunning photos on social media. Hart loves to go to the beach and post swimsuit photos on Instagram. Hart captioned the post, “‘We would like to remind guests that the all you can eat buffet is an offer, not a challenge.’ I want to go on holiday again!!! Me and Sam have made a list of all the places we want to go; Venice, Lisbon, NYC, Hawaii, Orlando, Vegas, Maldives….where else do we need to add?!?” The hashtag: #wanderlust. 1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

In this set of Instagram posts, Hart opened up about her journey to self-acceptance. She says that she is learning to love all photos of herself. “So obviously as an apparent influencer I have to take pictures and post them, easy yeah? Not for me. I hate all pictures of myself and then I get upset and then Sam gets upset coz I’m upset and it’s just one big circle. Today he had an idea to get up early, bring a few swimsuits down to the beach, shoot all of them and then be able to relax and not worry. Now obviously Sam used to be a model (ALDI hot cross bun man 2016 don’t you know) so he had gone full out creative director. Went on a location scout around yesterday, researched the geo tags on insta, found some poses on Google and then coached me through it all (whilst being my main hype man) and I don’t actually hate these pics!”

2. She Decided To Walk Off Reality TV

Hart notably walked off her season of Love Island. She opened up about her decision to Glamour. “It was 100% the best decision for me to leave when I did. If I had left before or after it would have been horrible but I left on good terms with everyone. Now I’m home, trying to heal and enjoying this weird new life I’ve got. I went in there to find love, I found it, it went horrendously wrong and I didn’t want to find love again so I needed to come out.”

3. She Ignores The Haters

Hart has been subjected to harsh online trolling over the years. She tells Glamour that while this used to affect her, it doesn’t anymore. “I’m not interested in knowing what was said about me,” she says. “I’ve now got so much positivity. I read it, I laugh, I block it.”

4. She Rock Climbs

Hart learned how to rock climb while she was on vacation at the Peacehaven White Cliffs. She posted this video of herself on the mountain on Instagram. Hart captioned the post, “120ft cliff abseil, I think I’ve earned my wine this eve! Swipe to see teeny tiny me on the huge cliff! There’s a donate button on my story if you fancy giving a few quid to this amazing charity!!”

5. She Changed Her Outlook On Eating

In this Instagram post, Hart opened up about how her outlook on her health has changed over the years. She says that she has a more positive approach to eating now. “Before I would use exercise and healthy eating as a ‘punishment’ because my legs were too big or my stomach wasn’t toned enough. Now I see it as a reward."
