Amy Hart, the influencer and former Love Island star, is spending time at the well-known Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun. Naturally, she’s making sure to spend time at the beach, and post stunning photos. She posted a set of of herself in a strapless pink swimsuit with cutouts. She captioned it, “So obviously as an apparent influencer I have to take pictures and post them, easy yeah? Not for me. I hate all pictures of myself and then I get upset and then Sam gets upset coz I’m upset and it’s just one big circle. Today he had an idea to get up early, bring a few swimsuits down to the beach, shoot all of them and then be able to relax and not worry. Now obviously Sam used to be a model (ALDI hot cross bun man 2016 don’t you know) so he had gone full out creative director. Went on a location scout around yesterday, researched the geo tags on insta, found some poses on Google and then coached me through it all (whilst being my main hype man) and I don’t actually hate these pics!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Amy Hart stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Walked Away From Reality TV

When Hart competed on Love Island in 2019, she made the choice to walk away from the show. She tells Glamour that she made this decision after realizing it would be healthier to leave. “It was 100% the best decision for me to leave when I did. If I had left before or after it would have been horrible but I left on good terms with everyone. Now I’m home, trying to heal and enjoying this weird new life I’ve got.”

2. She Chose Her Mental Health Over Followers

Going on Love Island, your main goal is to find love, but there is a benefit of fame and more followers on social media. However, Hart said to Glamour that she went on the show to find love, and she decided to choose her mental health over fame. “If you stay in longer, you’ll get more followers and you’ll get more work. I went in there to find love, I found it, it went horrendously wrong and I didn’t want to find love again so I needed to come out.”

3. She Ignores Trolls

Cirque du Soleil's "LUZIA" London Premiere - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Hart revealed to Glamour that when she left Love Island, she was welcomed by a lot of trolls on social media. However, Hart revealed that the show’s producers had prepped the contestants for social media backlash, and she was able to ignore the hate. “The old me would have clicked on it, read them all and cried but I didn’t look at it. I’m not interested in knowing what was said about me. I’ve now got so much positivity. I read it, I laugh, I block it.’

4. She Wouldn't Want to be Anyone Else

When Hart was on Love Island, she was there with several other beautiful women, and it could have been intimidating for her. However, she says that she is comfortable with herself and in her body, and she wasn’t insecure. “I did feel quite self conscious in there at times,” she admitted to Glamour. “Everyone in the villa is so beautiful but personally I’m happy that I’ve got a bum, boobs and that I’m a bit curvy. I wouldn’t swap it for anyone else.”

5. She Stays Healthy On Vacation

It can be difficult to stay healthy when you take a vacation, especially if you’re going alone. However, Hart revealed that she was able to keep a wellness routine on a solo trip she took. “Went on holiday on my own for the first time Had to overcome my social anxiety in order to make all my lovely juicy friends. did my first spinning classes and loved them. Did @bellicon_uk rebounding everyday and loved it! hauled myself out of bed everyday for a hike between 5-11km sometimes in a 5kg vest Jumped in a river. Has a reset ready to come home and start a new chapter! All in all a successful week!!”

She opened up about her experience at a retreat on her account. “I went on holiday to a health retreat and have had thousands of messages with questions and encouragement, asking to follow my journey…My skin is glowing, I'm less bloated, I toned up through lots of fun exercise classes with friends. I had the best time on what is a slightly out there holiday so wanted to share!”

2. She Calls Out Body Shamers

Hart unfortunately has had to deal with haters on social media. In particular, she’s dealt with body shaming. Hart isn’t afraid of calling them out, and did so on Instagram. “In what parallel universe would you go up to a stranger in the street and tell them they look pathetic and ill, before or too thin,” she writes. “Luckily for me it's not (I don't get it very often) - I enjoy wine and takeaways too much!) but it's actually very offensive to some people.”

3. She Does Outdoor Activities

Hart did a lot of outdoor activities on her wellness retreat. She opened up about what she did to stay in shape on Instagram. “Hauled myself out of bed everyday for a hike between 5-11km sometimes in a 5kg vest... Jumped in a river... Has a reset ready to come home and start a new chapter! All in all a successful week!! Thanks so much to @jasonvale for an amazing concept. Can’t wait to come back!!”

4. She Wants To Change Standards

Hart opened up about the intense working out and dieting she felt like she had to do prior to Love Island on an episode of Embarrassing Bodies. Hart says that she wants to change body and beauty standards in society, and is a part of an Instagram campaign to help with this. “I thought I needed to do that to be attractive to the boys that would be in the villa. We've been conditioned that thinner is prettier and that's wrong. There shouldn't be one body type that is beautiful. I think people need to realise that your dream body should just be your own body."

5. She Cooks

Hart is an avid chef, and she likes to use healthy ingredients in her meals. She shared this video on Instagram revealing her beef recipe. She captioned the post, “SLOW COOKER BEEF. 🥩 😋 One of my fave dinners because it’s hearty, yummy and full of real ingredients 😍 ingredients are: (Serves 4) 1kg Casserole Steak (last time I used really expensive ribeye, but honestly, the cheaper casserole stuff, about £3 a pack, works so much better!) Bag of casserole veg. Soy Sauce, Red Wine, Water, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Herb Seasoning to taste. 2 beef stock cubes. I also added dumplings.”

Amy Hart, the Love Island star, is no stranger to posting stunning photos on Instagram. She just posted a photo of herself posing on the beach, looking fab. Hart wore a red bathing suit, showing off her figure. Hart wrote about her approach to wellness and lifestyle in the caption, specifically saying: “WHAT DOES BODY POSITIVITY MEAN TO YOU? 🤯 I’m working on a tv project all about body positivity and loving the body you have not the body you want! In Hart’s most recent Instagram post, she talks about her current wellness routine. She says that her approach to wellness and body positivity has changed greatly. She writes, “Before I would use exercise and healthy eating as a ‘punishment’ because my legs were too big or my stomach wasn’t toned enough. Now I see it as a reward. It’s like I’m saying thanks to my body for sticking by me as I pumped it full of fertility drugs, enjoyed loads of nights out with my friends to celebrate being allowed to drink again, took full advantage of the All inclusive in Mexico and then all the dairy-filled, deep fried, delicious treats that America had to offer. It’s starting to argue back a bit with regards to my skin so I’m saying thank you by filling it with goodness, whole foods, actual water (not just American sprite!!), moving it everyday and giving it enough sleep.”

2. She Calls Out Society’s Body Standards

Sharvari isn’t just making waves in the film industry—she’s dominating the fitness game too. Known for her roles in Munjya, Maharaj, and Vedaa, the rising star proves that strength and discipline extend far beyond the big screen.

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges
