She Changed Her Approach

In Hart's most recent Instagram post, she talks about her current wellness routine. She says that her approach to wellness and body positivity has changed greatly. She writes, "Before I would use exercise and healthy eating as a 'punishment' because my legs were too big or my stomach wasn't toned enough. Now I see it as a reward. It's like I'm saying thanks to my body for sticking by me as I pumped it full of fertility drugs, enjoyed loads of nights out with my friends to celebrate being allowed to drink again, took full advantage of the All inclusive in Mexico and then all the dairy-filled, deep fried, delicious treats that America had to offer. It's starting to argue back a bit with regards to my skin so I'm saying thank you by filling it with goodness, whole foods, actual water (not just American sprite!!), moving it everyday and giving it enough sleep."
