Hart posted a stunning new video of herself walking on the beach in a light blue patterned bathing suit. She captioned the video, “Few days left! Going to be so sad to leave!!” adding the hashtag "travel the world." In another photo she posted, she looks great on a balcony overlooking a pool and the beach. "I mean, I don’t love it, but we took about 300 pictures on this balcony with people walking past and staring so the one image that was passable had to see the light of day 🤣🤣🤣." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Amy Hart stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Went To A Wellness Retreat

Hart revealed on her Instagram stories that she went to a wellness retreat in Portugal, and she managed to get some serious results. She wrote, “I went on holiday to a health retreat and have had thousands of messages with questions and encouragement, asking to follow my journey. It’s a one week reset. As you’ll see in the caption the actual juicing aspect was very far down the list for me and the weight loss even further down. My skin is glowing, I’m less bloated, I toned up through lots of fun exercise classes with friends. I had the best time on what is a slightly out there holiday so wanted to share!”

2. She’s In Therapy

Hart was a contestant on the 2019 series of the popular British reality show, Love Island. Unfortunately, being on the show was very difficult for her to deal with. Hart tells The Sun that she decided to go to therapy after the show, and that it has helped her deal with her struggles. "I'm still in therapy and it's made me totally different - I’m a lot more chilled. My brain was always in overdrive. I always used to have music on all the time, everywhere I walked. If I went to get a glass of water in the kitchen I would put my headphones in. I walked 45 minutes the other day and I walked back with no music and my head was so clear. I'm a lot more chilled and enjoy life a lot more, with a lot less anxiety."

3. She Isn’t Affected By Trolls

Hart unfortunately has had to deal with a lot of trolling on social media after appearing on Love Island. However, she says that she doesn’t let them bother her, and mostly ignores them. “The old me would have clicked on it, read them all and cried but I didn’t look at it,” Hart told Glamour. “I’m not interested in knowing what was said about me. I’ve now got so much positivity. I read it, I laugh, I block it.”

4. She’s Happy With Herself

Last March, Hart revealed on Instagram that she decided to freeze her eggs to increase her potential of having children in the future. In order to do so, she had to live a healthy lifestyle for a brief time period. She wrote, “No alcohol, no fizzy, melatonin every night and 3litres of water a day must have helped (along with the massive increase in medication.) and I’ve managed to freeze five eggs....not as many as I had hoped and it certainly wasn’t the easy road I was expecting but it’s done and my little safety net is in place.”

Now obviously Sam used to be a model (ALDI hot cross bun man 2016 don’t you know) so he had gone full out creative director. Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio is in St. Barths on a family vacation filled with sun, fun and “Acqua Therapy,” according to her latest Instagram post, which finds her strolling the beach in a polka-dot swimsuit. 1. She Knows It’s “Crunch Time”

Alessandra Ambrosio knows her way around a gym, doing crunches, working with resistance bands and weights and using kettlebells. "Crunch time... 🍏‼️💪," she wrote, captioning one workout. Here’s a superset with a crunch you can do, from trainer Mark Langowski:

1. High Plank with Opposite Arm/Leg Extension and Crunch

Get into a pushup position with your arms extended. Lift your left foot off the ground and, at the same time, lift your right hand and extend your right arm out in front of you. Now bend your left knee and your right elbow and bring them both underneath you, and try to touch them together. Place your left foot and right hand back on the floor, and repeat the move with your right foot and left hand. Continue to alternate for one minute.

2. Flutter Kicks and Criss Crosses

Lie on your back and place your hands under your hips for support. Straighten your legs and lift both feet a few inches off the floor. Now flutter your feet up and down, in opposition to one another for 30 seconds. Without stopping, change direction, criss-crossing your feet sideways over and under one another for another 30 seconds.

2. She Eats Clean

Stella McCartney Celebrates Her New "Get Back" Capsule Collection And Documentary Release Of Peter Jackson's "Get Back"Rich Fury/Getty Images

“It is very important for me to eat ‘clean,’” she has said. “This principle has its roots in my Brazilian childhood. I try to eat everything that is fresh and seasonal, to keep the balance of food groups in the diet. I also instill this approach in children: even if they eat a bunch of sweets, I make sure that their diet remains balanced. I can also easily allow myself something like that - a cupcake, ice cream or fries, for example. It's only better to keep yourself in control and, if possible, try to balance such a set with healthier and more nutritious foods.”

3. She Says “Be the Best You Can Be”

“Every woman has a different metabolism and different genetics, so rather than compete with one another, concentrate on yourself and be the best you can be. Everyone has days when they don’t want to show anything. That’s what the good ol’ jeans and T-shirt are for. So many times, I haven’t felt ready for shoots. I’m like, why didn’t I work out more? It’s life.” she has said.

4. She Says “Live Like You’re On Vacation”

Can’t go to St. Barths? Pretend. “‘Forever on vacation’ is my motto,” she has said. “It’s just the way I take life. Nothing makes me feel that pissed off or out of control. Whatever I do, whether I;m modeling or doing my clothing line, ale by Allesandra, I just want to feel like it’s fun. If you’re doing something you don’t like, you’re wasting time. Life is short. There is so much to see and do and feel. We should enjoy every moment."

5. She Loves Those Kids

Of course Allesandra had a family vacation. "[My kids] always come first, so I try to spend as much time as possible with them," she told Glamour years ago. "Sometimes that means rearranging my schedule or bringing them on set." She added: "I love that I get to travel the world and discover so many different new places and cultures. Making time for everything can be challenging, but I enjoy what I do, so I make it happen."

Silva hasn’t always been comfortable with her body. She revealed on the talk show Venga La Alegria that she used to have an eating disorder. “I looked at myself in the mirror and I got desperate because I did not see myself as I wanted to be. Also I did not do my part too, maybe I didn't have the best diet, I did not exercise – but at that time you do not know how to get fit or how to get the body you really want." After a medical scare, Silva has put those struggles behind her.

3. She Loves to Travel

Silva loves to travel, and shared a photo from the Eiffel Tower. “Even with a thousand filters I use, nothing compares to observing her beauty up close...❤️😍,” she captioned it. "Experiencing new places often stimulates positive reactions," says Dr. Esteban Franco-Garcia, a geriatric physician with Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital, tells Harvard Health. "It helps you remain physically active and offers the brain new challenges." The institution adds: “In fact, a survey of American travelers reported by the Global Coalition on Aging found that 93% felt happier after time away, 77% believed their health improved afterward, and about 80% said travel increased their productivity, energy, and focus.”

4. She Goes on Adventures

“Live to the extreme, as if it were the last and without fear of enjoying yourself to the limit...Thank you @cancun_adventures for this crazy and fun experience, the natural beauty in our country is impressive. 😍🙌🏻,” she captioned a photo of herself on a dune buggy. 5. She Loves Tacos

“Mexico I love you, and tacos, well here is proof that it is one of my favorite Mexican foods. 😍👌🏻🙌🏻,” she wrote once, in front of a huge platter of tacos. “Most taco seasoning packets tell you to sprinkle on the seasoning after the meat cooks. But if you take the time to marinate the meat before even cooking it, you'll have a stronger burst of flavor in that taco. Try our fajita marinade for steak or chicken, or this easy marinade with homemade taco seasoning for fish and shrimp,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That!

Oksana Grishina in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "You are Stronger Than You Think"
Oksana Grishina / Instagram

Oksana Grishina is a fitness powerhouse. A former Ms. Olympia and multiple-time Arnold Classic champion, she’s carved out a name for herself as one of the most elite competitors in the world. Beyond the stage, she’s a dedicated coach, helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Recently, Grishina took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her gym grind, posting a striking photo of herself in peak form. Dressed in a sleek white workout top and black leggings, she delivered an empowering message: “You are stronger than you think.” The post isn’t just motivational—it’s a testament to her relentless commitment to health and strength.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From stair-stepping workouts to consistent weightlifting, here’s a look at Grishina’s go-to fitness secrets.

She Does A Stepmill

Grishina shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She recently had a baby, and has been documenting her journey of losing pregnancy weight. One thing Grishina is doing is using a stepmill. She shared this video of herself doing so, captioning it, “Recovery!!! Here we go💪🏼 Instead of the boring treadmill, I decided to do the stepmill 🔥In the process of getting back in shape😤”

She’s Consistent

Grishina makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. She made sure to workout while she was pregnant. Grishina shared her pregnancy workout in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Obviously my workout schedule has changed since I got pregnant but hasn’t been one day that I missed it💪🏼My pregnancy workout schedule: Morning- 30 min cardio bicycle or treadmill🚴 Day- 30-40 min light weight or body weight workout 🏋️♀️ Evening- 20 min cardio bicycle 🚴 Will it help keep your shape? Absolutely not but I promise you’ll feel better and stronger.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Grishina revealed in the previous post’s caption that she uses a stationary bike to keep herself in shape. Penn State PRO Wellness says, “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”

She Uses A Treadmill

Grishina also revealed in the previous Instagram post caption that she does treadmill workouts. Using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. Healthy Talbot reports, “Treadmills are mostly used for cardio training. However, this fitness machine can be used for more boosting your cardiovascular health. It’s ideal for strengthening your muscles, including glutes, thighs, and calves. With treadmill workouts, you can always optimize the sessions to suit your goals. For instance, inclining the treadmill will stretch out the calves and glutes harder. This will help to tone and build muscle mass in your buttocks, legs, and thighs.”

She Lifts Weights

Grishina is seen lifting weights in the previous Instagram post. Lifting weights has a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Works Hard

Clark made sure to work hard to get herself in shape. She opened up about her fitness journey after having surgery in the caption of this Instagram post. “The far left photo was about a month before my emergency surgery. I completely lost my core, I wasn’t able to eat so I lost a ton of weight and muscle. I literally started back at square 1. It was a nightmare. The middle photo was a couple months after surgery. As you can see my glute, legs, arms, everything was just gone. The right photo was about a year after my surgery. I am stronger than I have ever been. Mentally, physically and emotionally because I never gave up. Not every day was easy but I took it one day at a time. If you’re starting on your fitness journey for the first time, or restarting remember that you have to celebrate the small goals. You will get stronger in every single way. Emily Elizabeth is heating up Hawaii – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model and influencer shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece while on the beaches of the tropical paradise. “Hawaii >> 🌺🌈,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Simply Beautiful ❤️🏖❤,” commented one of her followers. “🔥😍perfect,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Hydration

Emily prioritizes hydration. Not only does she drink water, but also electrolyte enhanced fruit. “Fresh coconut,” she captioned a photo from Bora Bora. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Coffee

Emily enjoys the perks of caffeine. Here she is drinking a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Snowboarding

While you can usually find Emily in the tropics, sometimes she heads over to the mountains for winter sports. In one of her photos she goes snowboarding. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

Snorkeling

While on vacation Emily throws on a mask and fin and goes snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Walking

She also takes her dog for walks. Here she is strolling in Central Park with her pooch. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
