Ana recently revealed to Harper's Bazaar that she didn't diet or workout for her role in the new Bond movie. "I tried to have a training plan! My preparation for No Time To Die was not as long as I would have liked it to be. I was shooting Blonde, and I had only a few days to train, so I went straight from Blonde to shoot for Bond. I didn't have the time to actually commit to any kind of diet or workout or training because my schedule just didn't allow for it," she said.

She Recently Started Doing Pilates

When in Prague filming a movie, Ana picked up a new favorite workout. "I've been going to this beautiful pilates studio very close to my hotel. It's in this gorgeous old majestic building on the top floor with windows to the river," she told Vogue about the reformer, chair, and bench work that she credits for "keeping me sane" in addition to physically changing her body and her breathing.

Her Diet Is Not Disciplined

Unlike other Hollywood actresses who maintain a strict diet, Ana has a moderate approach.

"It's hard not to get into that dynamic here, not to let them get inside your head. There are too many expectations," she told People en Español. "The truth is that I'm not very disciplined with diets. In general, I do whatever makes me happy in life and food makes me quite happy!"

She Loves Exercise

Ana enjoys hitting the gym. "Exercise also makes me happy, but it has to be fun. I do something different every day — one day boxing, the next spinning or weight training — to not get bored," she told People.

Ana is a fan of the Theragun Mini. "I hold all of my tension in my shoulders and my legs, and this device is truly incredible. I have two of them: the big one is very intense, and someone has to use it on you; but I also have a mini that I travel with," she told Vogue. "It's a triangle shape that fits anywhere—in all of my purses—and I bring it with me on the plane, to set, to my trailer. Especially on this movie, there's so much action, and this is great for a warm-up before we start the choreography as it activates everything, and you can use it again to cool down. It's a good complement to Epsom salts and arnica cream as it helps the muscles to relax."
