Ana is one of the many stars who swear by intermittent fasting. In one video, she revealed her daily diet, revealing that time restricted eating is a big part of it. "This must be done in the hands of a specialist, each body behaves differently," she says. "I have been doing it since the quarantine began and it has worked very well for me!" A few of her top tips? Always exercise on an empty stomach, drink a hot beverage at night to ward off hunger, and break your fast with green juice. "Sometimes we feel hungry, but beware, it could be thirst," she writes.
She Doesn't Do Crash Diet
Ana chooses a healthy lifestyle over drastic diets. "Do not do strange diets that you cannot sustain over time, that will help you lose a few kilos for a while but then you will recover them when you eat again as before," she writes in her Instagram post.
