2. She Circuit Trains

Dominguez posts a lot of workout videos on her Instagram. One thing she does is circuit training. She shared this circuit she does for her lower body workouts in this video. In it, Dominguez is seen doing sets of standing back leg lifts, side leg lifts, and variations of squats. She also adds the amount of sets she does each exercise for in the video. 3. She Works Out Her Legs

5. She Hikes
