Mena loves to spend time outside. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself enjoying the fresh air. She posted this series of photos of herself and a friend enjoying a day at the Italian beaches of Pesaro. Mena captioned the post, “The Italian summer.” She also posted this series of photos of herself walking through the fields of Estepona.

2. She Maintains A Healthy Lifestyle

Mena revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Sport. She says that her busy lifestyle means that she has to be consistent with her health. “My lifestyle is very hectic. I take many planes to go to Italy, I experience setbacks every day and for that you have to be at your best physically and mentally.”

Being a singer, Mena also has to be a dancer. She has to learn choreography for her live performances and music videos. Mena tells Sport that this aspect is easy for her. “Dancing is my passion,” she says. “It's something I practice many hours a week for rehearsals.”
