Anabel eats clean. "I have made the grilled chicken fillets with a little bit of garlic. My trick is to add a squeeze of lemon and an Avecrem tablet. You just have to crumble the tablet and add it. This is how you make a super rich sauce and the chicken is already It has another color. You can also add wine if you want," she explained in an Instagram Story, cooking one of her go-to meals. She pairs the chicken with a few boiled potatoes.

Anabel also makes sure to eat healthy fats. She is “obsessed” with eating the same breakfast every day: Orange juice, avocado toast, and a fried egg. She revealed her go-to breakfast in an Instagram Story.

According to reports, Anabel has undergone liposuction twice, had a breast augmentation surgery and has a gastric band. She is also confident about her procedures. “Yes. I’ve had botox and a bit of acid on my lips. I think each person has to feel comfortable with themselves. And that’s why I think lines shouldn’t be crossed or insulted as it’s done. We’re going to end badly because you don’t know the degree of damage that can be done with certain comments. Then we talk about mental health and protecting ourselves,” she said in an Instagram Story.

Anabel also relies on professional nutritionists to help with her diet. “Many of you ask me about my diets, training... I suppose you already know that I like to take care of myself, but this year I have help because I need it!” she wrote in a post, revealing that she follows a “personalized diet.”

Anabel also works out. She does a form of high-intensity interval training known as tabata, which involves doing a specific exercise for a set amount of time. “Do you know what TABATA is?” she asks in a post, demonstrating her workout. “Tabata training breaks a workout down into clearly defined intervals – typically, 20 seconds of a push-it-to-the-limit exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest,” explains the Cleveland Clinic. 6. She Soaks in the Hot Tub
