1

Don't Eat Animals

Anaïs was once a die-hard vegetarian. She even fronted PETA's advertisement campaign "Meat Free Revolution." In it, she said: "Paul McCartney once said that if slaughterhouses had glass walls everyone would be vegetarian. All animals feel pain, and fear. Animals don't have a voice, so they need you to speak up for them."

2

Eat a Healthy, Balanced Diet

While she doesn't seem to be a strict vegetarian now, as her Instagram includes photos of fish, Anaïs still maintains a healthy diet. She regularly shares food photos on her Instagram account. Asparagus, pizza, grilled fish, and a cheese and olive plate are just a few of the delicious looking meals she has noshed on.

4

Enjoy the Simple Life

After spending most of her life in the fast lane, living it up in London, Anaïs swapped city life for the farm during the pandemic. She holed up with her sustainable chef boyfriend and the two spent their days cooking delicious meals, caring for farm goats, and enjoying the simple life.

Be Yourself

Anaïs triest to live authentically. "Be unapologetically you," she responded when asked by The Sunday Times Style the best advice her parents ever gave her. "You are you and that's all that matters. "Did you know that authenticity is inextricably linked to happiness? To be authentic is to feel at home in your body, accepted into a particular group, and to feel true to our sense of values. It is a kind of confidence that doesn't come from attaining something outside of ourselves, but knowing deeply we are enough whatever our particular feelings, needs, or skills are and that we add to the greater whole of life and matter. We can be true to our own personality, spirit, or character despite external pressures," says Mindful.org.

6

Prioritize Self-Care

Anaïs takes time for herself. "Self care *Mondays*, include but are not limited to: taking photos of yourself in very soft short shorts courtesy of @skims," she captioned this cheeky snap. For your own self care: "Begin by identifying how stress feels to you. Then identify what events or situations cause you to feel that way. You may feel stressed by grocery shopping with your spouse when they're symptomatic, or going to school events with other parents who don't know your child's medical history. Once you know which situations cause you stress, you'll be prepared to avoid it and to cope with it when it happens," says the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
