Karanikolaou opened up about her approach to life on Call Her Daddy. She talked about her approach to plastic surgery, especially in the public eye. Karanikolaou says that while she won’t stop getting plastic surgery, she doesn’t want to look unnatural. "I wanna look natural, I don't wanna look plastic, I don't wanna look fake. I wanna look like me."
2. She Stays Confident

For Karanikolaou, confidence is important to her. She tells Call Her Daddy that she always tries to make herself feel confident, even when she isn’t. “It makes you feel better to go out and feel good about your appearance,” she says. “If I look like shit, I’m like ‘fuck.’ Even when I feel the shittest, if i’m leaving my house I’m like, ‘You are a fucking sexy bitch’.”
3. She Educated Herself About Skincare

Karanikolaou has amazing skin. She opened up about her process to Byrdie. “My routine has changed over time as I’ve become more educated on different products and things that work best for my skin. I’m more cautious about using products that will help with the issues I have, instead of just applying any product. I got into skincare after high school when I started watching a lot of YouTube videos about it. I found a dermatologist that I trusted who helped me with problems and questions I had with my skin.
4. She Makes Subtle Changes To Her Skincare At Day And Night

Karanikolaou tells Byrdie that she keeps her morning and night skincare routine the same. However, she makes subtle changes depending on the time. “Both routines are pretty much the same, but I have a few different serums and moisturizers that I switch out from day to night. I use more oil-based and thicker creams for night time and always use creams with SPF for the day.”
5. She Wears Organic Skincare Products
Karanikolaou likes to use organic skincare products. She tells Byrdie that she thinks they are healthier for her skin. “I also pay attention to ‘clean’ products. It's important [to me] because I've been learning the serious health and environmental consequences that can happen if certain ingredients are found in products.”
