1. She Rides Bikes

Anasuya loves going for bike rides. “Biking into the Jungle,” she captioned a video taken while on vacation. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

2. She Gets Enough Sleep

Anasuya also makes sure to get enough sleep. “Don’t give up on your dreams.. keep sleeping,” she wrote in a post. What are the health benefits of sleep? Anasuya enjoys hiking. “Just some trekking into the woods with the girls!!” she wrote about an adventure with her friends. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. 4. She Exercises

Anasuya also spends a lot of time at the gym, where she does weight and strength training. How often should you do a workout? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

5. She Meditates
