1. She’s Motivated By Food

Everyone has their own motivations for wanting to work out and stay in shape. For Torres, it’s the possibility of enjoying her favorite indulgences. She tells GTalk that cheat days are her biggest motivation to stay in shape. “Like I work out six times a week so that I can eat on Sundays, I can eat sweets, I can eat bread, anything I want,”

2. She Embraces Her Body’s Changes

In a revealing Instagram post, Torres opened up about her journey with self-acceptance. She says that she is embracing her body at all sizes, no matter what. “I learned the hard way is that your body will inevitably undergo changes & you can’t stop it,” she wrote. “As you go along your journey, there will be more to discover & understand. Your body will start to react differently,your needs will change so you might need to step out of your routine & reassess.”

3. She Goes Outside

Torres loves to spend time in the great outdoors. Her Instagram feed is littered with photos of herself enjoying time outside. She posted this photo of herself on a porch swing in the forest, captioning it, “Ah nature, you truly are my sanctuary.” She also posted this photo of herself ice skating at the Cosmopolitan.

4. She Does Workouts She Hates

Torres is open to doing all types of workouts. Even ones that she’s not the biggest fan of. She tells GTalk that she hates doing ab exercises, but still does them often. “I hate ab exercises but I have to do it talaga until it hurts and parang you have cramps.” This is clearly working for her, as she’s got an impressive set of abs.

5. She Indulges In Her Cravings

Torres tells GTalk that she doesn’t believe in depriving herself and going on restrictive diets. “You’re gonna mess up because that’s so far away,” she says. Torres also says that she has one cheat day a week to indulge herself, and then for the rest of the week, she finds herself not craving unhealthy food. “In the morning, first thing I eat three cookies, then I eat ice cream, crispy pata, burger, talagang the whole day I treat myself then the next six days I’m good.”
