She Works Out To Enjoy Herself

Torres broke down her approach to wellness and her fitness routine to the YouTube series, GTalk. She revealed her motivation for working out and eating healthy was so she could enjoy her favorite indulgences worry-free. "Like I work out six times a week so that I can eat on Sundays, I can eat sweets, I can eat bread, anything I want," she explained.

She Has Cheat Days

On GTalk, Torres revealed that she has a cheat day on Sundays. She says that these days help her stay healthy during the week, as they satisfy her cravings. "In the morning, first thing I eat three cookies, then I eat ice cream, crispy pata, burger, talagang the whole day I treat myself then the next six days I'm good."

She Pushes Herself On Ab Workouts

Torres has an impressive set of abs, and she has them for good reason. She tells GTalk that she does a lot of ab workouts. She says that even though she isn't a fan of doing ab exercises, she still does them often, and pushes herself. "I hate ab exercises but I have to do it talaga until it hurts and parang you have cramps."

She Doesn't Diet

Torres tells GTalk that she doesn't believe in restrictive diets. She says that she just focuses on eating healthy. "I just try to eat clean—lots of chicken, lots of fish, less oil." Torres says that she believes diets don't help in the long run, especially ones that last for a period of time. "You're gonna mess up because that's so far away."

She Accepts Her Body

In this Instagram post, Torres broke down her approach to wellness. She says that a big part of it was accepting her body at all times. Torres admits that this is something that she needs work on. "I earned the hard way is that your body will inevitably undergo changes & you can't stop it. As you go along your journey, there will be more to discover & understand. Your body will start to react differently,your needs will change so you might need to step out of your routine & reassess."
