1. She Drinks Coffee
Aneliz is a big fan of coffee, which she drinks both hot and cold. “Cold brew anyone?” she captioned a recent snap. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
2. She Loves Breakfast
Aneliz doesn’t skip the first meal of the day. “My kind of breakfast,” she captioned the photo of the spread, which included poached eggs, a loaf of bread, fruit juice, salmon, croissants, and fruit.

She recently shared a video of her ab workout, and it is no joke. “So excited to share this quick abs routine with you. First of all, I want to clarify that I'm not an expert in any exercise or nutrition, I just like to do it. I asked my trainer, Ivan Lopez @upf_westlake, for help to give me some exercises that were good for abs. This routine is something that works for me and I wanted to share it, but I repeat I am not a professional at this and I don't want it to be based solely on what I do,” she captioned the post.

Aneliz also loves to go hiking. “Hikes,” she captioned an Instagram post of herself hitting the trails. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service.
