She Drinks Coffee

Aneliz is a big fan of coffee, which she drinks both hot and cold. "Cold brew anyone?" she captioned a recent snap. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

She Loves Breakfast

Aneliz doesn't skip the first meal of the day. "My kind of breakfast," she captioned the photo of the spread, which included poached eggs, a loaf of bread, fruit juice, salmon, croissants, and fruit.

She Does Ab Work

If you want flat and fit abs like Aneliz, you are going to have to work out for them. She recently shared a video of her ab workout, and it is no joke. "So excited to share this quick abs routine with you. First of all, I want to clarify that I'm not an expert in any exercise or nutrition, I just like to do it. I asked my trainer, Ivan Lopez @upf_westlake, for help to give me some exercises that were good for abs. This routine is something that works for me and I wanted to share it, but I repeat I am not a professional at this and I don't want it to be based solely on what I do," she captioned the post.

She Hikes

Aneliz also loves to go hiking. "Hikes," she captioned an Instagram post of herself hitting the trails. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

She Walks

Aneliz also goes for a lot of walks, usually with her dog. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace
