Anette loves to golf and has an entire tab devoted to the sport on her Instagram page. What makes golf a good workout? A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Go for a Bike Ride

Anette also enjoys another great form of outdoor fitness: Bike riding. "I love enjoying nature and cycling, two of my favorite things!!!" she captioned a video from one of her rides. Should you go for regular rides? The Cleveland Clinic says yes. Biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise that is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Eat Small, Frequent Meals

Instead of gorging on huge meals, Anette stays in shape by eating small, frequent meals. In fact, she feasts six times a day. "That way the body is always satiated and you avoid eating late," she told La Botana.

Fuel Up with Lean Protein

Anette is a big proponent of fueling up on lean proteins. For breakfast she eats egg whites with vegetables and a cup of coffee followed by a mid-morning snack: A slice of turkey ham with a piece of fruit or panela cheese with a piece of fruit. For lunch she enjoys vegetable soup with grilled chicken, meat, or fish. For her mid-afternoon snack, a piece of panela cheese with a piece of fruit. For dinner she will eat Mexican tuna (tuna, onion, tomato, cilantro, lemon), without mayonnaise followed by a piece of cheese three hours later.

Hydrate

Anette understands the importance of hydration. "For liquids I can drink water, all of it, also a drink called Clight, Diet Coke, iced tea and nothing else," she told La Botana. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
