1. She Has Healthy Habits

Castro is all about living a healthy lifestyle. She makes sure to make good choices each day. Castro revealed some of them in an interview with Página7. “I always try to drink, hopefully, three liters of water a day. I don't drink coffee, I don't smoke and I try to eat as balanced as possible.”
2. She Doesn’t Diet

Castro makes sure to eat healthy. However, for her, that doesn’t mean dieting. She tells Página7 that she aims to eat healthy rather than restricting herself. “I don't believe much in diets,” she says. “Personally I have never done them, but I do believe that it is better to eat more vegetables. Or prefer whole foods over white foods.”
3. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Castro revealed some of her workouts to Página7. She says that she likes to do a bunch of different things to keep herself in shape. "I usually do Pilates and I mix it with dance. Sometimes I do machines, with a little weight to tone up. I have gone through many sports, I did martial arts for a while and mixed them with the gym, etc.”
4. She Spends Time Outside
Castro loves to spend time outside. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself outside. Castro posted this photo of herself walking on the rocks by the ocean. She captioned the post, “I don't get tired of appreciating and thanking nature! Happy Sunday with family.” Castro also posted this photo of herself on the beach in the Riviera Maya, captioning it, “Vacation mode.”
5. She Does TRX
Castro shares a lot of wellness tips on Instagram. One workout she likes to do is TRX. She shared this video of herself doing TRX exercises. She captioned the post, “Here I leave you a TRX routine. One of the workouts I like the most is the TRX since it is self-loading, meaning we only use our own weight. There are 4 exercises, 15 repetitions of each. Try to do 3 to 4 rounds. Jumped up with Squat. Paddle. Triceps. Chest Opening.”
