Diet is a big part of any celebrity's fitness plan. While Angelique doesn't discuss exactly what she eats on a daily basis, she has revealed that she loves cooking her own food. According to a Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health study, people who prepare their own meals eat healthier and consume fewer calories than those who cook less.

She Does Yoga

Angelique is a devoted yogi. During the pandemic, she revealed in an Instagram post that the mind-body workout was helpful in treating her anxiety. Her favorite yoga apps? Alo Move and Fitonomy. Both help her "breathe" and "feel the body, the vibrations that can be generated to also improve mental and emotional health."

She Rides Bikes

One of the ways that Angelique stays fit is riding bikes. Whether she goes on a leisure ride or mountain bikes with her partner, Sebastián Rulli, she is always up for a good ride. She Grows Her Own Produce

Angelique revealed on Instagram that "it's a dream" to have a home garden and be able to grow her own produce. "Backyard gardening can inspire you to take an interest in the origins of your food and make better choices about what you put on your plate," says Dr. Helen Delichatsios, an internist at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. "When you grow your own food, you savor it more because of the effort it took to get to the table."

She Supplements with Protein Powder

Angelique regularly promotes Nuba Porteina, a protein powder. "Made from whey, it is one of the most complete proteins that helps you build muscle mass faster," she says in this post, also pointing out that it is made with collagen and hyaluronic acid, "essential substances to keep your bones strong and radiant skin."
