1

No Diet Weight Loss

Hassanandani lost her postpartum weight through a "no diet" routine, as evident in this Instagram before-and-after post. "All you got to be is consistent ✨🤍 Getting there. Still a lonnnnnnnggggg way to go. Mind you with zero diet! I eat everything," she says.

2

Eggs For Breakfast

Hassanandani starts the day with a liter of water, followed by eggs and butter. "Eggs are also a great source of vitamins A, D and B12, as well as choline, a nutrient essential in many steps of metabolism," says Anne Harguth, RDN. "Except for its cholesterol content, one egg is a healthy option for breakfast lunch or dinner."

3

Chicken and Cheese

Hassanandani likes chicken and cheese for lunch. When enjoyed in moderation, cheese can be a healthy choice. "Cheese is a nutrient-dense dairy food, providing protein, fats, and minerals," say the experts at Harvard Health.

4

Stevia Brownies

Hassanandani is obsessed with desserts, and allows herself brownies made with stevia in the evening. "Because [Stevia] is hundreds of times sweeter than conventional sugar, very small amounts are needed for intense sweetness," say the experts at University Hospitals. "This zero-calorie sweetener has a low glycemic index, so it doesn't impact insulin or blood sugar levels."

5

Morning Workouts

Hassanandani prefers early morning workouts before breakfast. "Morning workouts help reduce the possibility for obstacles to present themselves," says Jasmin Theard, ACSM HFS, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center. "There is also less opportunity to make excuses. When you get up and exercise, you establish a healthier mindset, which makes you more mindful of what you eat during the day."
