In this video, Jones is seen going for a dip in the pool, and captioned the post, “Greece.” She also shared this video of herself and a friend swimming and spending time on a boat in Spain. 2. She Plays Tennis

One thing Jones does to stay in shape is playing tennis. She shared a bunch of videos on Instagram of herself on the courts. 4. She Does Plank Exercises

She notably did the popular “Quarantine Mat Challenge.” Jones shared this video on Instagram of herself doing the challenge. In it, she is seen doing different plank exercises, including plank-ups, leg lifts, and dips. Jones is open about her struggles with endometriosis. She talked about it in the caption of this Instagram post. “March is Endometriosis Awareness Month and I wanted to remind people that painful periods that interfere with your daily life are NOT normal.
