She Is a Devoted Yogi
Anna attributes her forever young figure to daily yoga sessions. I've been doing Ashtanga for a long time. But every kind of yoga is good, also meditation and pranayama. But I always wake up very early, because I really think yoga is the best way to start the day. Yoga makes me feel young. If I don't do it every day, my body can be stiff. But of course, beauty comes from within," she told Destination Deluxe.
She Swims
Anna also attributes her figure to "life in the water," and swimming is a part of that. "I'm a total wellness person. I practice yoga and swim every day. For me to spend the whole day in this amazing ocean, watching the fish…this was the best experience. I enjoyed it so much. It was the first time for me to be in the Maldives and to see so much life under water. I was so surprised how beautiful the experience was, to snorkel and go scuba diving. Nature for me is the best teacher," she added to Destination Deluxe.
She Is an Early Bird
Anna gets up really early and starts her day off on an active note. "I wake up at 5 a.m. and ride my bicycle to yoga for a 6 a.m. class and then I ride to the pool to go swimming. After that I ride home, eat breakfast, change and go to work around 10 a.m," she told The Zoe Report.
She Hydrates
Anna also chalks her gorgeous skin and fabulous figure up to hydration and avoiding alcohol. "I drink a lot of water. I don't like to go out every night. I like to go home, shower and go to bed. I like to wake up early in the morning and do yoga. The best part of the day is the early morning," she added to TZR.
Her Diet Is Healthy
Anna hasn't eaten carbs in decades "I am Italian, so I love food – but I love fashion more", she told Amayzine. Her daily diet starts with a Japanese breakfast of salmon, miso soup, eggs, and coffee. She also avoids meat, eating mostly vegetarian with a touch of fish. "I love crudités. Every vegetable and fruit kind is my favourite. Like my hats – cherry, pineapple, and watermelon!"
