1. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Heinrich shared some of her favorite wellness tips in an interview with Women’s Health. Heinrich says that when it comes to exercise, she likes to do different things. “Everyday I try and do something, and it’s a mix of workouts, some days I'll do boxing or go for walks and runs. I did pump this morning and I’ve started doing cycle classes at Infinite Cycle which I’ve added to the mix. It’s really for me having a variety and mixing it up and trying to get a full body workout.”

2. She’s All About Consistency

When it comes to wellness, Heinrich makes sure to stay consistent. “I try to keep up the same regimen that I do throughout the year,” she says to Women’s Health. “For me, when it comes to health and fitness, I’m someone who doesn’t restrict myself or diet, I just try to eat as healthy as I can at all times.”

3. She Believes In Balance

Heinrich is all about balance when it comes to her diet. She tells Marie Claire, “I probably have chocolate or something considered ‘naughty’ every day, but overall I’m eating a good lunch, a good dinner. It’s just about finding that balance and what works for you as opposed to just going on like a really severe diet for a couple of weeks. That might work in the short term, but it’s not going to work for the rest of your life.”

4. She Sometimes Works Out With Her Husband

Heinrich and her husband sometimes like to workout together. “I’m actually going tonight to one of the Infinite Cycle classes with Tim,” she says in her Marie Claire interview. “And his brother’s in town so we’re all going together. I kind of recruited everybody (laughs). I don’t always train with him, I like to mix it up. But Tim and I might do a boxing class together on a Sunday and we recently went to the Ninja Warrior gym (laughs) where I had to do some of the ninja obstacles, it was pretty funny.”

5. She Cooks

Heinrich likes to cook healthy meals. She shares some of her favorite recipes on her Instagram. In this video, she is seen making a salad. Heinrich puts kale with olive oil, red onions, pomegranate seeds, avocados, and tomatoes in it. She captioned the post, “My all time favourite salad from the #JUDESFOOD cookbook.
