Anna Lewandowska is showing off her washboard abs in her swimsuit. The Polish fitness influencer and trainer flaunted her famous figure in a bathing suit top in one of her latest social media posts. “Grateful,” she captioned the Instagram snap, taken at the beach. Seeing as though she makes a living off fitness, Anna knows a thing or two about working out. How does she stay so fit? 1. Train Consciously

Anna doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. “Many times I’ve said to approach training consciously, know your capabilities and base it on exercises that you like and that allow you to best activate a particular muscle group for work.. In addition, diversifying your workout keeps you motivated to train and enjoy it every day,” she said in an Instagram post.

2. Box and Kickbox for Your Mental Health

Anna maintains that boxing is not only a great physical workout, but boasts mental health benefits as well. “Do you know this feeling when you think that in a moment your emotions will explode 🫣? Stress, rush and daily chores often cause our body to accumulate emotions. Children deal with emotions best - with laughter, crying and screaming and no one is able to stop them! Unfortunately, as we age, we hide our emotions more and more. For me, the way to release difficult emotions is boxing,” she captioned a post.

3. Do Cardio and Strength Training to Lose Weight

If you want to lose weight, plan on mixing up your workouts. “You often ask me how to train during weight loss. During the period of fat reduction, a combination of cardio training and strengthening / strength training works well,” Anna revealed in a post. “Then we take care of maintaining muscle mass, while reducing unnecessary fat while maintaining a negative energy balance. Exactly such is the workout I have prepared for today - you will find elements of cardio and strengthening exercises using mini bands.”

4. Perfect Your Posture

Recently, Anna delved into a “a very important topic - the spine,” explaining why posture is so important. “Sedentary lifestyle, improper posture at work, lack of strengthening exercises, lack of stretching, stress... Back pain, muscle strains, the need for more and more frequent visits to the physiotherapist,” she wrote. “The posture of the body and the maintenance of neutral curves of the spine largely depends on the balance of the tension of the abdominal and back muscles. Their tension determines the alignment of the spine, chest and pelvis. Disturbances can have the following consequences: anterior tilt of the pelvis, increased lumbar lordosis, abdominal droop as a result of excessive tension of the dorsal extensors, with weakened abdominal muscles,” she continued. Another is “posterior tilt of the pelvis, flattening of the lumbar lordosis and compensatory increase in thoracic kyphosis when the abdominal muscles are too strong in relation to the back muscles.”

5. Try TRX

Anna is a big fan of “TRX strap training,” explaining the benefits in a post. “TRX is a functional training created for US special forces. Soldiers stationed at sea did not have access to gyms and specialized training tools. Exercises with bands served the purpose of taking care of fitness and endurance in a small space and without the use of additional equipment. Because of its simplicity and surprising effectiveness, TRX quickly gained worldwide recognition.TRX is also used in physiotherapy offices, especially during rehabilitation after orthopedic injuries and surgeries.” She also listed out the advantages of training with TRX bands
