1. She Swims

Curtis loves to go to the beach and to the pool. One thing she likes to do there is, obviously, go swimming. She posted this stunning photo on Instagram of herself enjoying a pool day at the ANGKLA Beach Club. She captioned it, “And we’ll all float on, okay.”

2. She Indulges

When it comes to her diet, Curtis tells Yahoo that she tries to eat healthy most of the time. However, she isn’t afraid to enjoy herself once in a while. “If I really can’t take it anymore, I’ll give in to pigging out,” she says. “I’m not used to having huge amounts of food anymore. But when I’m really stressed, I have to give in or else it’ll make me crazy.”

3. She Works Out With Her Daughter

It can be difficult to work out while having a young child, but Curtis has a unique way of doing so. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing leg lifts while taking her daughter on a walk. She captioned the video, “Squeezing in a workout is always tricky now that I have my little one. So happy to discover this fun way of working out while going on my daily walks with Dahlia.”

4. She Went On A Keto Vegetarian Diet

In January 2019, Curtis decided to start the year off with a new eating plan. She revealed on this Instagram post that she has been on a keto vegetarian diet. “Going on my 3rd week on @ketovegetarianph,” she said. “First week was a struggle especially when we had to lower my calorie count to 1200. Pero now, on my 3rd week it’s coming through! As of today, I’m at 121lbs losing excess fat but not losing my muscle mass.”

5. She Works With A Trainer

Curtis works with personal trainer, Arnold Aninion, to help keep herself in shape. He posted this video on Instagram of the two of them working out. “We don't just train..we discover ways to make it fun,” he wrote. “This was a great little finisher (Medicine ball chest pass then shuffle) after several rounds of shoulder presses, lunges, kick-backs, Abs and not to mention the countless sprinting in between.”
