Agar wrote in the video’s description, “I can assume you (as well as I) have now now seen our fair share of At Home workout videos, and there are so many great ones out there! But there have always been certain little things I wish I could change about them. So I decided to - by making my own! Here are the things that I have adapted to make it more user friendly! No equipment, completely body weight centered moves!”
