Dandekar is a huge fan of gymnastics. “Gymnastics is my all-time fav, then Pilates, tennis and ballet,” she says. “I cannot go to a gym because I find it boring and I don’t actually know what to do there. I much prefer outdoor activities like hikes and running on the beach, love it!”

2. She Doesn’t Restrict Food

Dandekar doesn’t believe in restrictive diets. “Honestly, I have never believed in dieting. I believe in being grateful for any food we receive and eat,” she says. “I believe in enjoying our blessings and if you are good at your food, it will be good for you. Also, everything is in moderation, humans tend to be greedy, and we should eat when we are hungry. I used to have the habit of eating every time I watch something. Now I watch something every time I have to eat! My fav snack though is popcorn, peanut butter, jam sandwiches, apple, and chips together sounds weird but it’s yum!”

Dandekar loves to use aloe vera gel to soothe her skin. “Aloe vera gel helps keep our skin clear and fresh,” she says. “I’ve suffered from melasma, acne, and dullness, and this would make the perfect base before I’d apply any products. Keep the plant in the fridge, and it acts as a cooling and healing mask for the skin.”

4. Self-Care

Dandekar prioritizes self-care for both mental and physical benefits. “Now more than ever, we’re taking care of ourselves to the core—from skin to hair, and even mind,” she says. “And looking after all of this enables our real beauty to shine through, which is important. When your skin feels good, automatically your day gets better. That’s the power of beauty products—they help you feel good about yourself. These products don’t hide who you are but enhance it.”

5. Music Is Her Therapy

Dandekar says “I struggle to meditate, I am such a hyperactive person,” she says. “My mental health is usually taken care of by really good music, writing down my thoughts and gratitude, countering the negative with positives, and the good things I learned from the experience and journey. Dandekar loves Pilates, tennis, gymnastics, and hiking. “I do not have a routine honestly,” she told Women Fitness. “I always start something, get super into it, then a shoot or my business gets too busy and I stop. But I love to rotate all the things I love and lucky all the people who train me are so patient with my sporadic approach.”

2. BrownSkin Beauty

Dandekar created her own beauty brand called BrownSkin Beauty, to encourage the acceptance of all skin tones and promote inclusivity. “My vision is that one day I don’t have to sit and explain that we all are beautiful,” she told Elle India. “I want everyone to feel that and feel empowered by their skin colour, by the way, they look, their flaws and whatever it is – embrace it. We have great products that work and so my vision for this brand is to to be known worldwide and for everyone to feel flawless, beautiful and be comfortable going.”

Dandekar makes sure her inner voice is always kind. ”Every time I am sitting at the table, I hear I can’t eat this, I can’t eat that. Why so much negativity towards food?” she told India.com. “What is your body hearing? Instead, say ‘I am so grateful for this food, and I love it, it gives me health, strength, and energy’.”

4. She Likes the Sun

"Vitamin D isn't naturally found in many foods, but you can get it from fortified milk, fortified cereal, and fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines. Your body also makes vitamin D when direct sunlight converts a chemical in your skin into an active form of the vitamin (calciferol)," says the Mayo Clinic.

5. No Bikini Bodies

Dandekar doesn’t believe in the bikini body term. “Everyone has a body and can wear a bikini,” she told India.com. “You just need to feel confident and good about yourself. While the model also reveals why you should push back the need for a perfect body and follow the concept of a healthy body ‘Whatever size you are, just make sure you are healthy. Because you want to avoid diabetes, health problems- just all of that. Body shaming, I don’t accept, but you should be more focused on health. So, if you are unhealthily thin or overweight and it’s causing your health issues, that’s not good for you.”

That way, she can get a workout in every day, without worrying about her schedule. “I swear by doing yoga first thing in the morning,” she says. “I schedule things only once my workout is done.”

When it comes to her diet, Panday says to Vogue that she eats healthy most of the week. However, she also says that she will put one day of the week aside to indulge. “I eat well and clean six days a week. Then every Sunday, it’s burgers galore.”

4. She Spends Time In The Water

Panday loves to go to the beach and spend time in the water. She has posted several photos on Instagram of herself enjoying time by the water. She posted this video on Instagram of herself snorkeling in the ocean, while sea creatures swam by. 5. She Prioritizes Her Skin

Panday has gorgeous skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She told Times Now Digitalthat she sets aside time in the mornings to take care of her skin. “It’s my me-time and it’s important to give your skin and body that respect and love.” "One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer," says the Mayo Clinic. "For the most complete sun protection:

  • Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply every two hours — or more often if you're swimming or perspiring.
  • Seek shade. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
  • Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry additives, which give clothing an additional layer of ultraviolet protection for a certain number of washings, or special sun-protective clothing — which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet rays."

Sharma says she chooses happiness in her personal life. “I don't date much but I have had rough patches in relationships. Ups and down are part of life and moving on is an art of life,” she says. “Break ups were there but that all made me so strong and I am a girl who looks at the broader aspect in life. So pain was there but feeling the pain and being sad is a choice.

So I chose happiness. It took time to heal but today I learned happiness is the most important thing in this world.”

She Lifts Weights

Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine.
