Simmons loves swimming and snorkeling, and even dives with sharks. “Some people might be surprised to know that I grew up on a farm and I’m also a country girl at heart,” she says. “I also love diving with sharks in my free time. I’ve always been obsessed with sharks and ocean conservation!”

2. She Plays Tennis

Simmons enjoys playing tennis. “Tennis helps regulate serotonin — a brain chemical linked to functions such as sleep cycle, appetite and your emotional state. Having trouble sleeping or keeping your emotions in check? Hit the court!” says Arun Pant of the Columbia Association.

3. Squat Queen

Simmons frequently posts videos and pictures of herself doing squats and other lower-body exercise moves. "Next to breathing and walking, squatting represents a very useful movement for humans of all ages, life stages, and athletic pursuits," says trainer Nate Helming. “If done correctly, it engages virtually every muscle from the neck down, primarily your powerful glutes, hamstrings, and quads but also the supporting musculature to stabilize the spine, hips, shoulders, and feet.”

4. Resistance Bands and Weights

Simmons uses resistance bands and weights as part of her workouts. “As you incorporate strength training exercises into your fitness routine, you may notice improvement in your strength over time,” says the Mayo Clinic. “As your muscle mass increases, you'll likely be able to lift weight more easily and for longer periods of time.”

Simmons says she has learned to love her curves and have confidence in herself. “It’s all about feeling confident about yourself and being happy with who you are!” she says. “When I set my mind to something, I put my all into it. And physically, [I] really like my smile!”

Sims has been subjected to a lot of trolls during her time in the spotlight. One thing that she has been trolled for is her body. However, Sims doesn’t let them get to her. In fact, she even fires back from time to time. Sims posted a video on her Instagram story of herself eating a cheeseburger. “Not so rare footage of me eating a cheeseburger,” Sims wrote.

2. She’s Charitable

Fort,Lauderdale,,Fl,,Usa,-,April,25:,An,Office,OfShutterstock

Sims loves to give back to others. She tells Jupiter Magazine that she works with the charity Pageant of Hope. “I lost both of my grandfathers to cancer at an early age, and I was raising money for Relay for Life with my grandmother to benefit the American Cancer Society,” says Sims. “Through that organization, I got to work directly with childhood cancer patients and even do hospital visits in Atlanta. I was inspired by that and wanted to spend more time with these amazing kids, some of whom were my age at the time.”

3. She Has A Slower Pace

Sims and her husband, Brooks Koepka, moved from Los Angeles to Jupiter, Florida. And Sims is enjoying the change in lifestyle. “I like the slower pace, especially after living in L.A. for almost nine years,” she says to Jupiter Magazine. “It feels like a vacation here.”

4. She Goes Swimming

Living in Florida means Sims is surrounded by water. And she takes advantage of it. Sims loves to go to the beach or pool and swim. She has posted several photos on Instagram of herself swimming. Sims posted this photo of herself in the pool, captioning it, “Black velvet, if you please.”

5. She Skis

Both Sims and Koepka love to go skiing. Sims posted this set of photos on Instagram of them skiing in Big Sky, Montana. She captioned the post, “I love you snow much.” "The physical aspect is obvious, however many individuals, especially those that have never skied before, may not realize how much brain power goes into the sport. Skiing is a proprioceptive activity. Proprioception is an aspect of fitness that is defined as one’s ability to feel the position of different body parts and the effort that goes into moving them. This is almost defines skiing because skiing involves quite a bit of balance and coordination. There are so many slight movements and positions of your body that you must be conscious of to ski well. The more you ski the more you strengthen your ability to be aware of the movement of your body parts. This is important because proprioception weakens with age so the more you are involved in proprioceptive activities the less it will diminish," says the University of New Hampshire.

1. Sydney Sweeney

Sydney Sweeney revealed to Bustle that she makes sure to stay hydrated, in a big way. “I only drink water,” she says. “For whatever reason, when I was like 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing.” "Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water has no calories, so it can also help with managing body weight and reducing calorie intake when substituted for drinks with calories, such as sweet tea or regular soda," says the CDC.

2. Zendaya

"Euphoria" Season 2 Photo CallJeff Kravitz/FilmMagic

Zendaya is open about being a vegetarian, which means she has to get a little creative when she’s ordering out. In order to help herself and her fellow vegetarian fans, she released a list of vegetarian options from popular restaurants on her website. Her order from Panda Express is the veggie spring roll appetizer with the mixed veggies side. While it might not sound filling, Zendaya assures it isn’t, writing, “Eat enough of both and it will definitely fill you up!”

3. Maude Apatow

"Euphoria" Season 2 Photo CallJeff Kravitz/Getty Images

Actress Maude Apatow is the daughter of actress Leslie Mann, and acting isn’t the only thing these two have in common. Apatow told Byrdie that Mann encouraged her to make a big change to her diet. “I quit coffee and switched to matcha.” Matcha is a form of green tea that uses the entire leaf in powdered form, rather than flakes of leaves. Matcha is a ceremonial tea that is gaining in popularity and becoming more widely available. Because the powdered tea dissolves directly into the water (and you can brew it hot or cold), some believe that a greater percentage of the nutrients in matcha become available to your body than with standard green teas

Apatow isn’t the only Euphoria cast member whose mom inspires their wellness routine. Storm Reid told Shape that her mother inspires her to exercise a lot more. Hunter Schafer revealed some of her biggest wellness and self-care secrets to Glamour, and she says that she loves a good shower to relax herself. “If I'm having a rough day and I feel like I need to reset, showers can change the course of my day. I don't care if I have to take five showers to get through the day. After a shower I get to start over and that’s a valuable way – at least for me – to make sure I'm feeling good about myself.”

6. Angus Cloud

"Euphoria" Season 2 Photo CallJeff Kravitz/Getty Images

Angus Cloud was a little nervous when he was cast on Euphoria, as he had barely any acting experience, and was sharing the screen with established actors. Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
