She Hits the Gym

Arabella said she was "excited" to hit the gym after the lockdowns. "Whether you create your own fitness training program or enlist the help of a personal trainer, your overall exercise plan should include several elements. It isn't necessary to fit each of these elements into every fitness session, but factoring them into your regular routine can help you promote fitness for life," says the Mayo Clinic.

You can work out with Chi virtually on Boux, and she does HIIT. "The concept behind HIIT is to do short bursts of very high-intensity activity interspersed with less-intense activity. A session of HIIT takes about 25 to 30 minutes, which includes a warm-up and a cool-down period. Do that three times a week to meet the recommended aerobic exercise goal," says the Cleveland Clinic.
