Díaz makes sure to eat healthy. She shares some of her favorite meals on social media. On one Instagram story, she wrote, "Ricooooo!! Steamed vegetables, alfalfa and lentil sprouts, sautéed meat with peppers, avocado and an exotic juice with many vitamins and even if they don't believe it, it's very tasty: chayote, cucumber, celery and apple!!”
2. She’s An Ally

Díaz is an ally of the LGBT community. For Pride Month, she shared this post on Instagram. Díaz captioned it, “Puerto Vallarta Pride 2023 was intensely lived ✨ I thank you with all my heart for the invitation to be part of this celebration and parade the same streets I grew up in. 3. She’s Consistent

After having her first child, Díaz made sure to get back in shape. And she made sure to be consistent. She opened up about this in an interview. “I am being constant in the gym, I already have my routine... If I have a little while I run away, right now my mom is still at home with us.”

Díaz has a busy schedule, however, she never sacrifices her much valued time for herself. She revealed in this Instagram video that she makes mornings her time to relax. “I love starting the day off right! My ritual every morning consists of filling myself with smiles and having time for myself and pampering myself. You guys, how do you start your day?”
