Ajtar maintains that consistency is key when it comes to staying in shape. "Consistency in everything is key. Motivation will always come & go, which is why you can't rely on that alone to make things happen for you in life. Discipline & consistency will get your where you need to be," she explained in a recent Instagram post.


Try Strength Training

Ajtar is a big fan of strength training, devoting a lot of her Instagram stories and posts to her workouts. In this video she shares some of her favorite strength training workouts. "Favorite 3 exercises for growing a sexy back!" she captioned it, using machines to do various types of pulldowns. 


Do Yoga

Ajtar is also a poser, regularly sharing photos and videos on Instagram of herself doing yoga. "Yoga is way more than cool poses & postures, but it's so rewarding working towards a goal or posture everyday until you get there," she captioned this reel, showing off some majorly impressive poses.  


Do Leg Exercises

Ajtar breaks up her workout days. In this post, she shares an example of what her leg day looks like, doing A dumbbell sumo squats with a pulse, reverse grip RDLs, and cable pull throughs. "If you start now and commit to your goals 100%, imagine how good you'll look by summer, few exercises from @thebrazilianbuttguide that have my glutes burning," she captioned it. 


Focus On Your Booty

Arianna teamed up with her personal trainer brother Maz to create the Brazilian Butt Guide, a workout that focuses on building up your tush. The plan includes backside building home workouts, meal plans, mind exercises, and even a Facebook group. A few of her go-to "booty workouts" include hip thrusts, donkey kicks, and crab walks. "I had a pancake bum and I did it – let myself as a normal girl be the example that you don't have to be a gym bunny who spends everyday in the gym to achieve good results," she writes on the company's website.
