Motivation will always come & go, which is why you can’t rely on that alone to make things happen for you in life. Discipline & consistency will get you where you need to be.”
2. She Works Out Her Lower Body

She tells Manchester Evening News, “I know the plan will help people get through isolation because there’s absolutely no time better than the present to focus on yourself and your own mental and physical growth. Right now more than ever we have been given this time from the universe to take a step back and be isolated."
