Ajtar likes to do at-home workouts, and she created a workout plan that can be done in the comfort of your own home. She tells Manchester Evening News, "I know the plan will help people get through isolation because there's absolutely no time better than the present to focus on yourself and your own mental and physical growth. Right now more than ever we have been given this time from the universe to take a step back and be isolated."
