Naturally, the main thing Sabalenka does to stay in shape is playing tennis. She shares a lot of tennis videos on her different social media pages. She posted this video on Instagram, captioning it, "On repeat." Better Health states that tennis has a lot of health benefits. "Playing tennis is a good sport to maintain your health, fitness, strength and agility. It has been calculated that an hour-long game of singles tennis burns around 600 calories for men and 420 calories for women. In addition to the fitness and physical health benefits, tennis also provides numerous social and mental health benefits as well."

She Eats Healthy

In order to stay in shape, Sabalenka has to eat healthy. She shares a lot of her favorite meals on Instagram. Sabalenka posted this photo of herself enjoying a salad with tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro. She also posted this photo of a plate of salmon and a salad with tomatoes and greens. She captioned that post, "Very tasty."

She Works Out Her Abs

Sabalenka works out her entire body. Including her abs. She shared one of her favorite exercises in this video she posted on Instagram. In it, Sabalenka is seen rocking back and forth with her arms and legs in the air. She captioned it, "What about your Saturday morning?'

She Works Out Her Legs

Sabalenka doesn't skip leg day. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing different lower body exercises at the gym. In them, Sabalenka is seen using a weighted ball while bending her knees, doing squats with a leg raise, and getting into a plank. Having strong legs is important for tennis, since you have to do a lot of running.

She's Passionate

Sabalenka has a lot of passion for what she does. She opened up about her approach to playing tennis in this interview with Hologic. "There's like two different people," she explains. "On court and off court. Because on the court, I cannot laugh all the time, so I need to be focused and serious."
