Actress Ashley Benson, star of Pretty Little Liars, is loving the warm weather. And her outfit choices prove it. Benson posted a new set of photos on Instagram of herself posing in a green bathing suit top and jeans. 1. She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Benson revealed some of her wellness secrets to Health. She says that she likes to do a variety of different workouts. “I usually do Pilates three days a week for an hour, and I try to box or do SoulCycle two or three times a week,” she said. Keep up the good work. "Limiting your physical activity or sitting for long periods of time can cause your muscles to become limited in their flexibility and range. And as you age, your muscles gradually become shorter and begin to lose some elasticity. Aging can also decrease the range of motion in your hips, shoulders and spine," says the Cleveland Clinic.
2. She Does Circuit Training

Benson doesn’t skip leg day. She tells Health that she likes to do lower body circuits. “We usually do circuit training, so I’ll do 25 squats, then I’ll run back and forth, and then I’ll do lunges to the other side of the gym both ways, run, then squats. I can’t move for days!”
3. She Naps

Benson makes sure to get her beauty sleep each day and night. She tells Health,“I try to take an hour nap. If I don’t get sleep, I found that I get really bad anxiety. I started getting panic attacks for two years straight.”
4. She Loves Coconut Oil

Benson revealed some of her favorite products to ELLE. "Coconut oil is very good for my skin,” she says. “That’s as glamorous as my beauty routine gets, I don’t really do much. In New York, I’m just constantly sweating all the time, so I don’t wear a lot of makeup in the summer. I just moisturize my face with coconut oil, my hair is always in a scrunchie and then I put on a very relaxed outfit and I'm good to go."
5. She Used Jade Rollers

Benson tells ELLE that she also likes to use jade rollers on her face. “I keep them in my freezer,” she explains. “Every day, I wake up and put this cold roller on my face—I’m still not sure if it did anything, I think it did. It makes me wake up and it’s so relaxing. And I think it de-puffed my eyes"
