1. She’s Consistent
Graham lives a healthy lifestyle. She revealed at the Vogue Fashion Festival that she makes sure she’s consistent with her wellness. "People think that bigger women don’t maintain their bodies, and honestly, it's the other way around, I try to eat very healthily and exercise three to five times a week."
2. She Eats Lightest To Heaviest

Graham says that when it comes to her diet, she follows a pattern. "I like to eat lightest to heaviest throughout the day," she told Good Morning America. "Fruit digests faster than anything so I want that in my body first. I try not to eat meat until night.”
3. She Eats Healthy Meals

Graham revealed some of her favorite meals to Good Morning America. "I'll have a huge green salad with quinoa, carrots, tomatoes, avocado, any green leafy vegetable and pesto sauce as the dressing,” she says of her lunch. Graham says that she likes veggies and a protein for dinner. "I will have a sweet potato and vegetables lightly sautéed with olive oil, or chicken with Brussels sprouts.”.
4. She Loves Green Juices

Graham loves to enjoy a green juice each day. She tells StyleCaster that she always has them in the mornings. “A green juice a day keeps the doctor away! My favorite blend is kale, lemon, ginger, beets, apple and parsley.” In a smoothie, “the vegetables add a variety of vitamins and minerals, a ton of fiber, and they also add more bulkiness to that smoothie. So you can add a variety of different vegetables. Greens are a good way to go. I like to choose my greens frozen, because again, they tend to blend better, and I add less ice. So greens, celery, even Asparagus or cucumbers. Those are all great vegetables to try it in a smoothie,” says Julia Zumpano, RD, LD, to the Cleveland Clinic.

Graham posts a lot of workout videos on her Instagram. One workout that she likes to do is boxing. She posted this video of herself sparring with a trainer. She captioned the video, “Mama said knock you out!”
