1. No Meat Until Dinner

Graham prefers to leave meat for dinner, as it makes her feel sluggish during the day. "I try not to eat meat until night," she says. "[For lunch] I'll have a huge green salad with quinoa, carrots, tomatoes, avocado, any green leafy vegetable and pesto sauce as the dressing."

2. Weights and Cardio

Graham loves weights, cardio, yoga, and getting outside in the fresh air with her family. "Being out in nature with them is just so much fun," she says. "Moving my body is a big deal.” Graham also focuses on happiness. “Eating clean, healthy foods and moving my body and that kind of stuff seems secondary if you're living in a sad home or a stressful place. Joy and laughter are big deals in our family."

3. Acupuncture Sessions

Graham swears by regular acupuncture sessions as beneficial for her health and beauty. "I love doing acupuncture on my face and my whole body,” she says. “During my pregnancies I really got into Chinese medicine, Chinese herbs, gua sha, cupping, and moxa. A lot of that has been super helpful for wrinkles, fine lines, collagen – all of that. I’ve been doing acupuncture for six years now."

4. Me-Time For Self-Care

Aston Martin DB12 LaunchDave Benett/Getty Images

Graham takes time to reflect and focus on herself in the mornings. “I have these mornings where I really get to pray and spend time with myself,” she says. “I can be like ‘Hey, God, what’s up? This is how I’m feeling.’ I think those times are so sacred, and that to me is the best self-help, because you’re not getting advice from someone you don’t know, you’re getting it from being silent and listening.”

5. Diligent About Skin Health

Graham is known for her beautiful, glowing skin. "I have combination skin, but after I had kids, it got a lot drier,” she says. “During my pregnancy I had some rosacea, and then it just felt dry. I realized that I cannot skip a day [of doing my skincare]. Even as a busy mom, I just simplify it. It’s all about hydration, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. It’s great that St. Tropez has these skincare ingredients in their tanning products. If I only have 20 minutes, I can apply Luxe Body Serum all over and I’m moisturizing as I’m tanning."

Broadcaster and fashion maven Georgia Toffolo is enjoying time in Mexico this week, and she’s making sure to look good while doing so. Toffolo posted a photo of herself lounging in a beach cabana, drink in hand. She wore a bright red swimsuit, showing off her figure. Toffolo captioned the photo, “Have you ever seen a happier lady?” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Georgia Toffolo stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing-Suit Photos!

1. She Uses Products With SPF

Toffolo has incredible skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. One of the ways she does so is by using skin care products that have a built in SPF. "As you choose sunscreen, check its sun protection factor, or SPF. This number gauges how well a sunscreen blocks UVB rays. Experts agree that an SPF factor of 15 is the minimum needed to prevent skin damage from UVB. Sunscreens with SPFs higher than 50 provide only a small increase in UVB protection, compared to SPF 30 or SPF 50. That means high SPF sunscreens, such as SPF 100, may not be worth the added expense you pay for them when compared to the protection they offer," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Takes Protein Supplements

Wireless Festival 2021Joseph Okpako/WireImage

Toffolo makes sure to get enough protein in her diet, and one of her ways of doing so is by taking supplements and powders, including collagen peptides. "We know your body needs collagen, but it's not totally clear if ingesting collagen will help address that need. I think the small amount of research and anecdotal evidence suggests there's a decent case for adding it to your diet, especially as you age. If nothing else, it's a healthy source of protein. And if you're getting it from bone broth rather than supplements, you're going to be slurping up lots of important minerals, too," says our sister site Eat This, Not That!

3. She Spends Time In The Water

National Television Awards 2020 - VIP ArrivalsDave J Hogan/Getty Images

Toffolo is a fan of going to the beach and taking a dip in the water. And from the looks of this humorous reel she posted, she likes to do a lot of activities in the water. In the video, Toffolo is seen riding a sea doo in the water. A friend then swims over to her and gives her a glass of champagne. Toffolo captioned the video, “Adios chicas.”

4. She’s All About Self-Care

Toffolo listed some of her favorite self-care routines on this Instagram post, and some of them are pretty unique. In the photo, she is seen going for an ATV ride in the mountains. She also lists some other habits in the caption, writing, “Sounds weird but dry brushing before I get in the bath and writing a gratitude list brings me so much joy. On the lookout for MORE! Anything to make us feel invincible and HAPPY!”

5. She’s All About Skin Positivity

Turn The Tables 2020 Hosted By Tania Bryer And James Landale In Aid Of Cancer Research UKDave Benett/Getty Images

Toffolo is open about the struggles she’s faced when it comes to her skin. However, she is starting to embrace the concept of skin-positivity, and is going makeup free in public. She opened up about her journey with this to Balance.media, saying, “What I took away when I was suffering with my skin was that the impact was not just aesthetic, but also had a knock-on effect on my mental health. I’m so fortunate to have this lovely platform on social media where I can get direct access to people, and I think it’s important to use that. I’ve become an unintentional advocate for skin positivity.”

1. She’s Right About Wearing Sunscreen

“Sunscreen protects your skin from the sun’s ultraviolet, or UV, light. There are two types of UV light that can harm your skin: UVA and UVB. UVA is the long wavelength of light that penetrates to the deep layers of skin. UVA leads to skin damage over time that can prematurely age your skin, causing wrinkling and age spots. UVB is the shorter wavelength of light that penetrates the surface of the skin and causes sunburn. The best sunscreens offer protection from all UV light. These are labeled as ‘broad-spectrum’ or ‘full-spectrum’ sunscreens,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Works Her Core With Exercises Like Donkey Kicks

Addison works her glutes using Donkey Kicks. Here’s something like that that will work for you: “Assume a table-top position and place the looped end of a SPRI band around one foot. Hold onto the handles and keep the trunk engaged as you extend the foot up and back behind the glute. Don’t allow the hips shift and be sure to keep the core stable,” says ACE Fitness.

3. She Eats Eggs and Proteins

64th Annual GRAMMY Awards - ArrivalsFrazer Harrison/Getty Images

“When you prepare eggs, you should also pay attention to the way you cook them, says preventive cardiology dietitian Julia Zumpano, RD, LD,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “If you fry them, the oil that you add is only going to contribute to your saturated fat for the day,” she says. “She says these drier or oil-free cooking methods are preferred:

  • Poaching.
  • Boiling.
  • Pan-frying with a cooking spray.

Zumpano adds that you should avoid putting salt on your eggs to keep the amount of sodium in your diet at the recommended level. One teaspoon of salt is all you need per day.”

4. She Eats Bananas and Healthy Foods

2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsDaniele Venturelli/WireImage

“If after a workout, you've felt like your muscles are sore—or not growing fast enough—you might not be getting enough magnesium in your diet. A good source of magnesium, bananas can help with muscle contraction and relaxation as well as protein synthesis — which, in turn, increases lean muscle mass. A bonus: magnesium intake helps boost lipolysis, a process by which your body releases fat from its stores. One fun way to get your magnesium: Make banana tea. Just boil some water, cut off both ends of a banana (still in its peel) and boil for 7-10 minutes. Then drain and drink before bed,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That!

5. She Prioritizes Her Mental Health

47th Annual People's Choice Awards - ArrivalsAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Addison is a big advocate for taking care of your mental health. “Times of change, whether it’s good change or bad change, always are pretty difficult for people and I think the universal aspect of it also made people more easily able to talk about mental health, to talk about the challenges,” Dawn Potter, PsyD, clinical psychologist for Cleveland Clinic, said. “We need to check our mindset too, and so shifting our mindset involves trying to refocus on things we can control versus things we can’t control,” she said. “When there’s a lot of uncertainty, people can be vulnerable to focusing on the worst case scenario. But, we need to shift our mindset to what do I really know and what can I do?”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
