Twilight star Ashley Greene and Paul Khoury just welcomed a new baby girl into their family.

Greene, 35, announced the girl's name — Kingsley Rainn Khoury — on Instagram.

Read on to see five ways Ashley Greene stays in shape and the photos that prove they work. And to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Splurges

Greene lives a healthy diet but also splurges on occasion. Her favorites include cheese dishes, red wine, chocolate and grits. “When it comes to healthy eating, the key to following the rules may be in breaking them,” Northwestern Medicine said. Just don’t think of them as cheating but rather as a meal that you earned and should enjoy – without the guilt, the university said.

2. She Eats Healthy

"What I put into my body has a huge impact on the results I get out of it,” Greene said. “Eating keeps my metabolism cranking.” Some of her favorites include fish, lean chicken and vegetables such as spaghetti squash and cauliflower. “These foods energize me for my workouts.”

3. She Works Out in the Morning

“To fit my workout into my day, I have to be out the door early,” Greene said. “That means I don’t have time to think about whether I’m tired or to come up with excuses. And I’ve found that when I exercise in the morning, I have a much more productive day. After I finish my workout, I feel as if I can conquer the world.”

4. She Doesn't Get Obsessed

“I think sometimes fitness and nutrition can become an obsession,” Greene said. “You become so used to pushing and pushing and pushing that you don’t realize that you’ve pushed too far. It’s like an addiction, really. You’ve got to know that it’s great, but it’s making sure it’s part of your life, not your entire life.”

5. She Goes Outside

“Getting outdoors is so refreshing to me,” Greene said. “It’s a combination of the exercise, soaking up my surroundings, and clearing my mind. It’s my happy place."

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,26:,Ashley,Benson,At,The,LoveShutterstock

Listen when [your body] wants to stretch its legs and walk out in the sunshine, and when it needs a day to sit on the couch."

5. Janel Parrish

Los,Angeles,-,Aug,13:,Janel,Parrish,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Janel Parrish played Mona Vanderwaal on the show. She tells E! News that she believes in starting her day with a positive affirmation. “Your day begins with what you tell yourself,” she explains. “If you start the day by believing it's going to be a good day, you put yourself in that mindset. If you start the day in a negative place, you're setting yourself up for failure”

6. Sasha Pieterse

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,27:,Sasha,Pieterse,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Sasha Pieterse played Alison DiLaurentis on the show. She has PCOS, and wants to not only raise awareness about it, but also encourage people to see doctors for things that bother them. “There are all these things that seem somewhat normal sometimes depending on your lifestyle, but I feel like you have to just go and get it checked,” she told UsWeekly. “If you have a hormone imbalance, it can definitely be PCOS and that can lead to ovarian cancer and breast cancer and thyroid issues and many things later that could’ve been avoided. More than half of women have it and they don’t even know. It really is a huge issue that I want to share and hopefully help even one person deal with it.

In the middle of the month is when our energy peaks so that is when I optimise high-intensity HIIT workouts. You know this already, but it’s kind of a stretch for you, and it’s your first pilot audition. The weather’s warmer, and the sun seems to always shine on Jenna Dewan, Jordana Brewster, Demi Lovato, Ashley Tisdale and other stars who shared photos of themselves in bathing suits this week. How do they stay so fit? Read on to see all the ways the stars stay in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Jenna Dewan

Dewan is introspective, so much so that she wrote a book called Gracefully You, about the obstacles she’s faced, including a divorce after 9 years of marriage. (She currently appears very happy with fiancé Steve Kazee.) “It sort of ends with the thought of, ‘If I had gone through what I’ve gone through in the last couple of years, what would I want to read? That’s what I thought. I get this question all the time from women, they’re like, ‘I’ve started my life over and want some advice.’ And so I thought, you know what? I want to share a little bit of my life,” she told People.

2. Jordana Brewster

“I follow Harley Pasternak. I’ve worked with him for the last, like, eight years or so, and he really works for me because he’s just very sensible. He talks about incorporating protein and the right fibers into your diet. Before Harley, I thought I couldn’t eat carbs, but he’s like, 'No, you just have to have whole grains and whole grains full of fiber, and that will leave you satiated.' So I just love his eating program because it’s very sustainable. Breakfast could be egg whites and avocado on Ezekiel bread, and I usually scramble in vegetables because it’s a super-easy way to get your vegetables,” she told Byrdie.

3. Demi Lovato

demi-lovato-swimwearDemi Lovato/Instagram

Lovato prioritizes mental health. "I think that it's important that I use my voice for more than just singing and I just know how important it is to use my platform to help others and to share my story in hopes it inspires people to either get into recovery or better themselves," the 25-year-old said on GMA. "Whatever it is, I just want people to know they're not alone and I'm here for them."

4. Ashley Tisdale

Tisdale has her own wellness website, Freshe. There she gives great advice like: “Routines are what you make of them. Nobody looks forward to a routine composed solely of chores and obligations. And while you’ll always have not-so-thrilling tasks on your to-do list (hello, pile of laundry!) it’s possible to transform them into something you don’t dread… and perhaps even look forward to. So if you don’t love unloading the dishwasher, try doing it while speaker-phoning a friend or family member. Or if you feel too tired to exercise at the end of the day, consider switching your workout to the morning, when it’ll increase your energy levels and provide an early win for the day.”

5. Alexis Ren

Alexis-RenAlexis Ren/Instagram

Ren is reportedly gluten free. “A gluten-free diet will definitely take some adjusting to, but it isn’t a sentence to a life without bread, pasta or other foods you love. Thanks to the many gluten-free products and recipes readily available today, it’s possible to follow a gluten-free diet and still enjoy many of your favorite foods. It just requires some extra effort and care,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

6. Meagan Good

She wants to “be intentional about my education on my body, taking care of myself, going to the doctor, making sure I was having routine checkups and all of that. And so when the uterine scare happened, it was years ago, but at the time I remember thinking ‘This is crazy.’ It was like one day, everything can be fine, and the next day everything can be completely different. And I think we often think of ourselves as invincible and think that certain things could never happen to us until they do, or until they come close to happening,” she told Pop Culture.

7. Kate Bock

“We want to be healthy and lean…but you don’t have to [starve yourself] to get there,” Bock told Sports Illustrated. “I figured [out] the balance of the workout, the sleep, the eating that just works for me.” She added: “The more I share about working out and about health and wellness, I get more feedback of, ‘Oh, it’s really good to see you work for this,’” she says. “For a long time, I got, ‘Oh, you’re a model, you’re just like that.’”

Twilight is back in the news, as star Kristen Stewart says she "can only see now" that the movie is gay. "I don’t think it necessarily started off that way, but I also think that the fact that I was there at all, it was percolating. It's such a gay movie," she said. "I mean, Jesus Christ, Taylor (Lautner) and Rob (Pattinson) and me, and it's so hidden and not OK. I mean, a Mormon woman wrote this book," Stewart continued to Variety. "It's all about oppression, about wanting what's going to destroy you. That's a very Gothic, gay inclination that I love." The queer star is still beloved for her appearances in the franchise. How does she stay so together? Read on.

1. Kristen Stewart

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,04:,Kristen,Stewart,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Kristen Stewart played the lead character Bella Swan in all of the films. She has amazing hair, and shared her secrets with The Cut. “I don’t do much with my hair. When I’m working, I treat it so often. There’s heat or color on it. When I’m not working, I just like to let it be healthy. I don’t wash it every day. I like to switch up my shampoo. I like Kerastase a lot. I like using, going back and forth, using fully organic. People give me a lot of shampoo and conditioner, so I’m always like, what is that? I don’t always necessarily know what I’m using.”

2. Ashley Greene

Los,Angeles,-,Aug,03:,Ashley,Greene,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Ashley Greene played the role of Alice Cullen. In an interview with Women’s Health, she shared that while filming the Twilight movies, she struggled with her health. “I was working out, I was filming, I was shooting two campaigns, I was flying to different countries and of course really not taking care of myself the way I usually do. I wasn’t eating as well – I was still eating lots of fruit, but not refined carbs and stuff like that, which I needed for all the energy I was burning when I was working and not sleeping enough. And so I got really kind of thin for a moment. But then luckily things slowed down a bit and I realised [it wasn’t healthy] – so now I’m like, ‘I have to eat properly; it’s mandatory.’”

3. Nikki Reed

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,24:,Nikki,Reed,At,The,EltonShutterstock

Nikki Reed played the role of Rosalie Hale. She shared her secrets for eating healthy while traveling with Thrive Market. “I cook the night before I fly and I keep everything I make in little compartmentalized lunch boxes,” Reed says. “If I’m really in a pinch, I can always reach for bananas, salads or raw nuts while breezing through the airport. Healthy choices are out there, so eating nutritiously doesn’t have to feel like a high-maintenance thing.”

4. Anna Kendrick

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,February,18,,2023:,Anna,Kendrick,At,TheShutterstock

Anna Kendrick played Jessica Stanley in the films. She shared some of her favorite exercises in an interview with Shape. "Right now I'm in a hiking phase. I live in a funky hilly area of L.A., and I realized I had to commit to going on a hike because I get my best ideas then. Actually, it's more like mental clarity. Sometimes I'm in my head too much, and I overanalyze things. When I'm walking, I can work through whatever it is."

5. Taylor Lautner

Los,Angeles,-,Nov,5:,Taylor,Lautner,At,The,33rdShutterstock

"When I was in it, when I was 16 through 20 years old, starring in this franchise where my character is known for taking his shirt off every other second, no, I did not know that it was affecting me or going to affect me in the future with body image," Lautner said on an episode of his podcast The Squeeze. "But now looking back at it, of course it did, and of course it is going to." He added: "It was my entire life," he admitted. "In the first movie, I was 140 lbs., and in New Moon I was 175. So yeah, that wasn't my natural body. I had to work very hard for it and very, very hard just to maintain it."

6. Robert Pattinson

Hollywood,,Ca,Usa,-,Nov,16,2019:,Robert,Pattinson,ArrivesShutterstock

Robert Pattinson played the lead role of Edward Cullen in all the films. In an interview with The Evening Standard, he spoke out against diet culture and talked about his struggles with body image. “It's very, very easy to fall into that pattern as well, even if you're just watching your calorie intake, it's extraordinarily addictive — and you don't quite realise how insidious it is until it's too late.”

7. Rachelle Lefevre

Los,Angeles,-,Aug,02:,Rachelle,Lefevre,Arrives,To,TheShutterstock

Rachelle Lefervre played Victoria Sutherland in the series. She talked about eating humane food with Buzzfeed. “As much as humanly possible, I eat organic, locally sourced, humane meat. I was vegetarian for a year, but, and this is in the realm of TMI, though it's such a non-interesting fact: I get slightly anemic. I'd sit up, and I'd get woozy and sit back down.”

8. Peter Facinelli

Los,Angeles,-,Jun,21:,Peter,Facinelli,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Peter Facinelli played Carlisle Cullen in the films. In an interview with Men’s Health, he revealed that he turns to meal planning to eat healthy. "If I don't, and I'm hungry, and all of a sudden I'll be like, 'Oh a bag of M&M's,'" he said. "Whatever's in front of me I gotta eat. I made a conscious choice now toward what's going in my body."

9. Kellan Lutz

Shutterstock

Kellan Lutz played Emmett Cullen in the franchise. He tells Men’s Journal that he typically works out in the morning, and shared his favorite exercises. “I like to wake up with the sun around 6:30 and go out and meet the day. I’ll just go for a run, drop and do some push-ups, run some more, do lunges, grab the rings and do pull-ups.”

10. Jackson Rathbone

Jackson,Rathbone,At,The,2012,Mtv,Movie,Awards,At,UniversalShutterstock

Jackson Rathbone played Jasper Hale in the series. He also appeared in The Last Airbender prior to shooting Eclipse. Rathbone told MTV that shooting both films got him in great shape. “I did two months of kung-fu training for The Last Airbender and then that actually parlayed really well going into Eclipse, so I had all the background training.”

11. Chaske Spencer

New,York,,Ny,-,April,11,,2019:,Chaske,Spencer,AttendsShutterstock

Chaske Spencer played Sam Uley in the films. He shared his fitness secrets in an interview. “We’d work out for an hour and a half, and sometimes me and another cast member would go back to the gym and work out twice a day. It’s all about the diet and hitting the gym.”

Ashley Benson is flaunting her massive engagement ring in her swimsuit. The Pretty Little Liars alum, who announced her engagement to oil heir and Mischa Barton’s former boyfriend, Brandon Davis, a few weeks ago, shows off her huge diamond ring in one of her latest social media posts. In the Instagram snaps she poses seductively with the attention-grabbing ring next to her head. “Gorgeous,” commented one of her followers. How does the bride-to-be maintain her fab physique? Read on to see 5 ways Ashley Benson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does Pilates and Spins

Ashley keeps exercise exciting. "I usually do Pilates three days a week for an hour, and I try to box or do SoulCycle two or three times a week," she told Health. "There are times I just want to do nothing! But then I don't feel good about myself."

2. She Squats

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,26:,Ashley,Benson,At,The,LoveShutterstock

When it comes to strength training, what is Ashley’s favorite move? “Probably squats—and not for my butt but for my legs,” she told Health. “We usually do circuit training, so I'll do 25 squats, then I'll run back and forth, and then I'll do lunges to the other side of the gym both ways, run, then squats. I can't move for days!"

3. She Sleeps

Ashley makes sure to get enough rest. "I try to take an hour nap. If I don't get sleep, I found that I get really bad anxiety. I started getting panic attacks for two years straight," she told Health.

4. She Maintains a Healthy Diet

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,21:,Ashley,Benson,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Ashley detailed her diet to Delish. She starts her day with a hard-boiled egg with iced coffee and a splash of half and half for breakfast. For lunch, she eats a salad (or cheeseburger!) and for dinner, fish, if she is “trying to be healthy.” "Otherwise, probably a cheeseburger," she dished.

5. She Takes Care of Her Mental Health

"I’ve kind of taken a step back from social media,” Ashley told Elle. “I don’t want to spend my life on Instagram. I think it was necessary when I was on the show and now that I'm getting into new projects, but I feel like as I’m getting older I don’t want people to see everything I’m doing all the time. I think it’s very important to keep your private life private. Just let the fans see my work and then I can have my own personal life."

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
