Ashley Kaltwasser is showing off her body building trophy in her swimsuit. The Ms. Bikini Olympia star flaunts her incredibly fit figure in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a bathing suit while jumping for joy after placing in a competition. She Focuses on "Heavy Lifting"

Ashley is clearly devoted to fitness. She puts her focus on "lifting heavy," training six days a week, including five days of strength," she told Muscle & Fitness.

She Pushes Herself

Ashley exercises, even when she doesn't want to. "There will always be times when you don't feel like hitting the gym—but those are the days you make the most improvements!" she tells Muscle & Fitness. "Attitude is a powerful thing, and you have to learn to strengthen the mind as well as the body."

She Eats "Tasty Foods"

Healthy eating doesn't have to be boring, says Ashley. "I believe in eating tasty foods during prep," she says. "If you don't like a certain food in your diet, then just make a substitution." When she is competing she will remove additives like almond milk, coffee creamer, and other condiments and cut down on any extra food nibbling. To battle cravings she will snack on cucumber with stevia or drink decaf iced coffee sweetened with almond-flavored liquid stevia drops or cinnamon-apple tea and stevia or chew on sugar-free gum.

She Hydrates

Ashley is always hydrating, but when training she amps up her water intake to a whopping 1 ½ gallons per day. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

She Does Cardio

Ashley also does three days of cardio. "Cardio is 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training, usually on a Stepmill," she told Muscle & Fitness. She might also use the elliptical machine or treadmill.
