1. She Pushes Herself

Roberts likes to push herself when it comes to fitness. She tells the Daily Star that she even went to Ibiza for a boot camp. "I wanted to come to Ibiza and get my ass kicked! I told them to go really hard on me. That way, I'll be in great shape when I leave but also have a diet and exercise regime that I can continue using when I am at home so I can feel fabulous for a long time afterwards."

2. She Dances

Roberts is an amazing dancer. She grew up taking dance classes and showed off her training in her time in The Pussycat Dolls. She has also performed on the West End Stage and was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing. She tells Coach Magazine, “Some people don’t think of dancers as athletes but that’s garbage. All-day sessions in the studio are hardcore total-body workouts. I did ballet, tap, modern and lyrical – all different styles that tested my fitness and worked my muscles in different ways.”

3. She Grew Up Working Out

For Roberts, working out is easy to do. She says to Coach Magazine that she has been working out since she was young. “My mom taught aerobics and we had a Pilates machine at home that I loved using. So while I didn’t need to do any extra work, ever since high school I’ve been hitting the gym and doing additional mobility drills, which prepared me well for dancing professionally.”

4. She Strength Trains

Roberts moved from Los Angeles to London, which means she had to make a lot of adjustments. One of these adjustments was her fitness routine. She tells Coach Magazine that she has started strength training when she moved to London. “Instead of going to classes, I’ve started strength training,” she says. “Now my fitness is better than ever.”

5. She Works Out With Others

Roberts tells Coach Magazine that she likes to work out with other people around her. “I go to a gym called W10 and the trainers there are more hardcore than any class instructor, which I love. As far as I’m concerned, anything that doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you. I need someone to really push me to motivate me. If I go to the gym by myself, it’s impossible to train as hard.”

1. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Roberts has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her tips in an interview with A Life With Frills. “I am diligent with my skincare. I always wash my face before bed and moisturise. Everyday I put on Vitamin C Serum by SkinCeuticals too. When I travel, I make sure to see facialist and aesthetician Jo-Anne Newman. Her treatments have done wonders for my skin!

2. She Drinks Enough Water

Celebrity Sightings In London - February 22, 2023MEGA/GC Images via Images

Roberts makes sure to stay hydrated. She tells A Life With Frills that this helps with her skin. “I also drink a lot of water. I feel that it is the easiest way to hydrate your skin and flush out toxins.” Harvard Health states that drinking water has a lot of benefits. “Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons: to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.”

3. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Roberts does a lot of things to stay in shape. She listed some of her favorites in an interview with GetTheGloss. “After work, if the sun is shining, I head to the park and take a walk in nature,” she says. “Then I either do a Tabata style circuit workout at the park where I get my heart rate pumping or I train with personal trainer Dalton Wong over Zoom, with his mini bands and sliders to make the exercises extra intense. When studios are open I love spinning. I go to Boom Cycle, it’s one of my favourite studios.”

4. She Got Her Love Of Exercise From Her Mother

The BRIT Awards 2023 - ArrivalsKarwai Tang Via Images

Roberts loves to work out. She tells GetTheGloss that she has this attitude because of her mother. “I love exercise,” she says. “It’s not only for my physical health, but it’s for my mental health, so it’s very important to me. My mom was a personal trainer when I was younger. She did step aerobics in the 80s, so it’s kind of set in stone that it’s part of my lifestyle. Even when I go home and visit her – which has been a while – we do yoga classes and hike together.”

5. She Dances

Dance is a big part of Roberts’ life. She is a live performer, she grew up dancing, she appeared on Strictly, and she hosts a dance show. She tells GetTheGloss that dance isn’t just a good workout for her, but a way to boost her energy. “When you’re feeling low, put on some music and just wiggle your body,” she says. “Even if you’re not feeling up for exercising, if you do some kind of movement it gets the endorphins going. That was something I did naturally, but as I’ve got older dance isn’t necessarily part of my life like it was before. If you’re feeling a bit low, put on some music, bounce around, and not to quote Taylor Swift but ‘Shake It Off’ and I’m telling you, you’ll feel better, even after just one song.”

3. She Doesn’t Pressure Herself

Roberts tells The Sun that a big part of her wellness routine is not pressuring herself. 4. She Mixes It Up

Roberts tells Coach Magazine that she prefers to do intense gym sessions with a personal trainer. She says that having someone else there challenges her to do better and work harder. “I go to a gym called W10 and the trainers there are more hardcore than any class instructor, which I love. 1. She Doesn’t Put Too Much Pressure On Her Back, When Working Out

Scoliosis,Spine,Curve,Anatomy,,Posture,Correction.,Chiropractic,Treatment,,Back,PainShutterstock

Roser opened up about her fitness routine to Women’s Health. She says that she has to be careful about what workouts she does, since she has scoliosis. Roser says that she does workouts that are easy on her back. “When I was 14 I was diagnosed with scoliosis, which is a spinal disorder, so that’s why I’ve always struggled with posture, back and muscle pain. My workouts are very specific and arranged around treatment of that. If I have a week or two off, I have to gradually build my body back up to the level that I’m able to work out at, because otherwise it can cause me a fair bit of grief … muscular pain. Ab stuff is really good for me. I do a lot of cardio because that’s low-weight-bearing on my back. Heavy weightlifting is something I have to build up to, and I have to be in a strict routine to be able to achieve the kind of goals I’d like to with that. So all my weight is either bodyweight or lightweight with high reps. Anything that’s too heavy in the front puts pressure on the back. Barre work really hurts my back, too. But I enjoy yoga and I’m a huge fan of pilates.”

2. She Works Out For Herself

David Jones SS22 Wonderworld Season LaunchJames Gourley/Getty Images

Roser tells Women’s Health that she doesn’t let other people’s opinions of her run her life. Especially when it comes to her fitness. “When I first started training, I put on muscle really easily, and I had a lot of feedback from agents – this was years ago – saying, ‘You’re looking a bit strong for the fashion world.’ I started to change my training, but I was changing it for them. Now that I’m a bit older and I’ve really learnt about how my body works and when I feel the best, I’ve learnt to train just for myself. That’s my philosophy.”

3. She’s Comfortable With Herself

Celebrities Attend Venture Beyond by Penfolds EventDon Arnold/WireImage

Being a model, Roser has had to deal with a lot of comments about her body. She admits to Women’s Health that it has gotten to her in the past. However, Roser says that she is a lot more comfortable now. “My body confidence is good now, but there have always been doubts,” she says. “If you don’t get a job, you think, ‘Is it because my measurements are bigger than the girl who did?’ Little things play on your mind. But I learnt pretty quickly that it’s not necessarily me; it’s about what the client is looking for to represent their brand. Once I realised that perhaps I just didn’t fit the bikinis or clothes the way they wanted, I relaxed and started to take care of myself for me.”

4. She Swims

One thing Roser likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Roser posted these two photos and one video of herself wading and floating in the water. She captioned it, “I was made for the island life.” Roser also posted these beach photos, captioning the post, “No better feeling.”

5. She Loves Salad

Roser makes sure to eat healthy. One thing she likes to eat are salads. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a salad at a restaurant. Roser captioned it, “Hope everyone had a beautiful weekend.” Eating salads is a great way of incorporating more vegetables in your diet. They can also contain sources of protein, like nuts or meat, and fruit.

1. She Lifts

“Lifting gets my heart rate up and makes me look amazing, but more importantly it makes me feel strong. Scrap that, I don’t just feel strong – I am strong, and I think it’s important for women to feel that way. The only thing I don’t like about it are the callused hands. They suck. I went back to LA recently and didn’t do any weight training for a while and it was the first time in ages that I didn’t have hands that looked like I’d been working in construction,” she said, according to Coach.

2. She Has Been “Pretty Much a Vegan”

Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards 2022 - Special Access ArrivalsDave Benett/Getty Images

“A vegan diet that’s low in processed foods and high in whole, plant-based foods has many health benefits, says the Cleveland Clinic, soon quoting dietitian Julia Zumpano, RD: “A plant-based diet involves more than not eating meat or animal products. It focuses on eating mainly fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds and oils.” She added: “Just eating more plant-based foods overall is a huge leap in the right direction. So if being a vegan feels overwhelming, consider starting with a goal of eating more plant-based foods.”

3. She Drinks Vegan Protein Shakes

"Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness" - Multimedia Screening - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/WireImage

Plant-based protein powders are a low-sugar (if you pick one that’s low sugar, please do), high-fiber alternative to popular dairy-based supplements. A study by the University of Tampa that compared plant protein to whey found it to be equally as effective at changing body composition and boosting muscle recovery and growth. But with less sugar and a healthier fat profile, plant-based proteins will also improve your gut health at the same time as they’re fueling your muscles. Hemp, rice, and pea proteins are all good options; however, you’ll want to ensure you’re getting a complete protein with a full amino acid profile, which is why a blend that combines all three is superior.

4. She Does Yoga

Lia Toby/Getty Images

“I still do a lot of yoga. Not only is it good for mobility and injury prevention, it de-stresses me too. You need to have a balance of hardcore stuff and things that centre you, plus your body needs time to recover after doing heavy deadlifts and squats,” she said, according to Coach.

5. She Enjoys Fatty Foods Once in a While

The Launch Of Quantus Gallery Europe's 1st NFT Gallery And Advisory ServiceDave Benett/Getty Images

Ashley’s go-to indulgence is pizza. “Ordering in? Whatever you do, eat off a plate—not out of the box! Research shows that people consume more when their food is served on a larger plate. In fact, one Georgia Institute of Technology study discovered that those eating off a 12-inch plate consumed 22% more calories than those dining on 10-inches! We can only imagine what those stats would look like is a giant pizza box was thrown into the mix. Not only does eating off a smaller plate trick your brain into thinking you've eaten more, keeping the other slices out of reach will make you think twice before going back for more,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That!

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper in Two-Piece Workout Gear Cheers on "Consistent Actions"
Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly.
